Rucola Seed Oil
Botanical / INCI name (EU) - Eruca sativa
High Quality Cold Pressed Oil, First Press, Unrefined. Rucola is used extensively in the Arab world, India, and the meditiranian regions. Pure Rucola oil was also used in ancient Egyptian remedies for enhancing erectile function (male potency). Rucola seed oil is food grade oil and can be used internally as well as topically. This oil is used in diets as a salad dressing or on its own. Also used as a hair oil and for the skin. Pure Natural Rucola seed oil is an excellent remedy against hair loss. It strengthens and nourishes the hair follicles. Apply the oil for two hours or more on the hair and scalp then rinse with shampoo.

Recommended dosage: internal use – 1 teaspoon in the morning (on an empty stomach) and 1 teaspoon in the evening (before bedtime); cold cuisine – according to the taste and the amount of food; external use – Hair: Apply the oil for two hours or more on the hair and scalp then rinse with shampoo.
