I ordered this adorable little backpack for my 18month old baby girl to take to daycare. It arrived very quickly and was super cute, however the first day it was used the zipper broke. This was a clear manufacturing issue and I emailed the seller immediately. Within a week I was sent a replacement, but it never arrived. They immediately sent me out a second and upgraded it to the larger one. They kept in touch with me the entire time until the issue was corrected and I was satisfied. I have never experienced such amazing customer service before and this definately makes up for the faulty zipper on the original. I will absolutely be ordering from them again and I have recommended these adorable bags to all my friends. I will attach photos for reference as well. Keep in mind my daughter is only 22lbs and 33inches tall. This is just big enough to keep a small change of clothes, a lovie/pack & a cup inside. I roll her blanket up and secure it between the straps and hook her hoodie in the handle to transport on the bus. The small snuggly unicorn is adorable and super nice quality. Its also removable so she can snuggle it during nap time. The straps of the backpack are adjustable AND PADDED. Super soft and adorable all around. This definately gets a 10/10 from me. Just please keep in mind this is NOT a kindergarten size like advertized. That is the only con to this backpack. I could easily fit 6 of these atleast inside my 1st graders backpack. This is clearly for smaller children.

I purchased this for my niece and she absolutely loved it. She loved how soft the material felt and the attached unicorn! It was basically 2 gifts in 1! The size was perfect for her. The backpack is made out of great material that will provide use for a while.
