Easy install and works as intended!
Work as intended and was very easy to install in my light. Was the exact same size as my old one. Been working great so far. Definitely recommend!

Works well.
My fluorescent light started wigging out and not lighting up some of the time or going out after working for a while. I installed new bulbs, but same problem so I ordered this new ballast. Same product number as the original, but the wiring is different. The original had three reds and three blues, as well as one each yellow, red and white. The replacement has two reds and two blues, and the rest of the wires are the same. no wiring chart came with the product, but I was able to easily find a chart online that showed the old wiring as well as the new wiring and how to make the connections. This helped greatly and there were no problems wiring it and testing it. I will purchase this again, if one of my other fixtures’ ballast fails. All is good!

DO NOT BUY, broke less than 6month . It's time for LED.
learned my lesson:17% one star rating is there for a reason. It lasted less than 6month. You are reading this probably because you have opened up your light and to to get the matching the model. Here is my advise: **DO NOT BUY**. I bought mine from "WRM SALES"... it matches the model number from the ballast that lasted 7 years (while my other lights lasts forever... wrong choice from the start). Took me ~ 1 hr or 2 to pull the old one out and install the new one on since the wiring diagram changed, finally get it on and that was in 06/2017. Sore neck and arms still fresh in memory when it flickered and dead in 11/2017. Contact the manufacture, "Sunpark electronic", turns out their warranty time is determined solely by the serial number, mine turns out to be batch from 2004, a 13-yr-old ballast, way pass the warranty period. Contacted seller, they responded with "disbelieve" and that's it. $16 in water! My recommendation is: if it is a single light application, just replace it with LED, < $10 more, it will last forever. And, believer it or not, it is actually less work to replace the whole light than replacing the ballast. If you have to match other lights, just buy those retail brands such as GE or Philips, (my other lights with Philips ballast still works... installed same time by builder) you have a better quality and better warranty. Do not worry about fit, they are all standard size and output. Hope it helps.

Easy installation; perfect wire length; a great replacement
One of our fluorescent fixtures stopped working recently. If was obvious that the ballast needed replacing after switching out both bulbs without success. Our unit had a Sunpark SL15T and I was looking for a one-to-one replacement. So, I ordered a single item and it was shipped and arrived the following day (less than 24 hours). The item arrived wrapped in taped bubble wrap with sticker attached listing the item name and a barcode. While not pretty, it did the job. Installation was not the same as the previous Sunpark SK15T as the number of wires did differ. However, the instructions listed on the unit itself couldn't have made it easier. The only thing required from me was time, a stepstool, and two new wire nuts for connecting to the hot and neutral wires from the light switch(es). Otherwise, the other wires to/from the ballast could simply be inserted into the existing tombstones for the fluorescent lights without tools as the wires were pre-stripped. So far, things are going well. The lights come on immediately after toggling the light switch and stay on as expected.

wiring has changed
The old ballast had 4 yellow wires allowing a completed circuit for each bulb. this allowed having only 1 bulb in the fixture to reduce the brightness. The new ballast has only two yellow wires. 1 to the socket of each bulb and then you have to install a jumper between the two sockets. The fixture now will not work with just 1 bulb, 2 must be intalled into the fixture.

Good replacement
My light fixture is many years old and needed this part. While the part number matched, It is slightly different than the original one that was on the light - it’s more a “universal”replacement. Once we read the schematics that came with it, it was easy to figure out how to use it as a replacement. I have light again!

Works Like a Champ!
I needed to replace a 10 yr old magnetic ballast in the laundry room that was clearly on its way out. My search for a replacement ballast took a ton of time as I'm a DIYer/this was my first ballast install, plus, thanks to our government, they no longer sell a 'direct' replacement for the original ballast. I finally came across this electronic unit on Amazon, confirmed on the Sunpark website that it would really drive 2 40W/T12 lamps and measured my fixture mount to make sure the Sunpark would fit w/o drilling a new hole(s). When it arrived, I discovered all wires were long enough for my 4 foot fixture plus the wires were already stripped. I had wire nuts in my tool box, but I decided to go with connectors (10 pack available at Home D for under $2) to hook up the hot/neutral wires. Other than that, it was virtually plug-and-play. This bad boy works like a real champ. I get immediate start-ups, zero flicker and a very bright/warm light.
