Is the entire hat "structured" or just the panels in front? Is there any way to remove the structuring?

The front is structured but it’s very lightweight, not a stiff structure. When you wear it, it doesn’t really look structured - I like it. I’m not a fan of structured hats so I was a little hesitant about this one but it’s great.

How close an approximation is kryptek inferno to blaze orange? does it meet hunting requirements (mi) ?

Its bright almost glow in the dark i use it in winter time anytime i get out of my truck.

Is the orange darker in real life?

No. The picture is a good representative of the actual.
