Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2

This game works very well.

Hotpursuit 2 is a Exciting game. i would recommend anyone start off with HP2 in need for speed series. do not try criterions hotpursuit first you would be HIGHLY disappointed as i was, comparing to old school style fundamental of gameplay. criterion game Mostwanted is another game HIGHLY disappointed from criterion games. i would advise CRITERION game studio if they dont have the heart and soul of NEED FOR SPEED return the tool kit back to blackbox studio. no need for consumers wasting hard earned money on craptastic junk. soul of BURNOUT wont do it. if you want honest answer there it is.

What's not to love about a need for speed where you have the opportunity to be the cop instead of just getting chased by them? This game is really fun. The graphics are kind of blocky---yes, I realise it is old...but otherwise this is really great. I think this Need for Speed has the best multiplayer mode of any of the games, allowing you to do more than just simply race one another. I like the different modes in this game in single player as well. This is fun and perfectly appropriate for younger kids, as there is nothing in it that is inappropriate for their age group. Overall, this is one of my favourite racing games and was a good addition to our library of Need for Speed games.

This installment of Need for Speed was excellent because of the variety of cars and the challenge, but not so challenging to the point where all it seems like you do is lose. The incorporation of the game mode where you become the cop and chase down racers makes this Need for Speed unique relative to the others. The difference in graphics from the Playstation 2 and Playstation Need for Speeds are worlds apart. The gameplay for this Need for Speed is accurate all the way down to the speed gages for the cars. A game ahead of its time. Would highly recommend for those who like racing games. This game has an arcade style feel with a variety of cars to choose from while maintaining the competitive racing aspect to it.

Had this game as a kid, I loved it. I bought it again and still love it! Disc had no scratches on it and works perfectly!

The graphics are old and the game lags but I grew up with this game and played it all the time!

The package came protected and looked brand new but... the disk had a multitude of scratches and couldn't even get past the starting screen...
