I was looking for Bulgur Cracked Wheat in bulk, and I love this brand! I add this to hot cereal, pancakes, muffins, and vegetable pilaf, and it always turns out nice. Thank you for this wholesome product. We highly recommend it!

On my new plant based adventure I came across Bulgur. I got tired of buying the little bags sold at my local grocery store, $3.65 USD for an 8.8 oz organic bag. Found this brand and it's just as good as the one I bought locally. Coarse grains. No bugs! Just clean bulgur. What I've learned is that grains , like bulgur , are bland. You have to season it to make it tasty. This cooked very well with my added seasonings. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, or pescetarian, but i am diabetic which made me search for rice substitutes. So far bulgur is my favorite grain/rice substitute. I can eat it and not worry that i will be sleepy later on because of bad carbs. Wish they would sell this size locally. But in the meantime will buy this brand again!! Update: I noticed this bag contains all size of bulgur grains. Bulgur wheat is numbered 1-4. As i have continued to use this product turns out not all the grains are a 4 which is coarse. It does appear as they threw all the different grain sizes in this bag. Each grain size is cooked differently with different timing. Several times of cooking this the grains have turned to mush.

Package arrived on time, as described. Delicious and the best bulgur product I've ever tasted by far. It takes a little longer (30 min vs. 20 min) to cook and needs a little more water in the pan to prevent drying out before cooking time completes. Be aware that the bags are cellophane and not able to be sealed air-tight after cutting open to access the product. For home use, be prepared with some appropriate sized air-tight containers to prevent premature staleness.

This bulgur tastes amazing and it is such a healthy grain for you. It contains both fiber and protein!

I bought this product as substitute for rice. It can also be used as a hot cereal. The family enjoys it whichever way I prepare it. This whole grain product has proven to be very satisfying and is easy to prepare. I have continued to purchase it for several months.

Excellent product. I wish bulgur online would come down in price, such a delicious grain. This is nice, dark and flavorful. I don’t know why it is not more popular in America. I love rice. I think I actually enjoy bulgur when it is dark more than rice

The fiber attracted me to this product, and I must say I loved it ever since the first taste.
