Best Iron supplements i’ve been able to find- doesn’t make you feel backed up, easy on the stomach

My iron (hemoglobin) levels were really low. I was scheduled for surgery to remove a fibroid tumor and did not want to need a blood transfusion. I started taking 2 a day leading up to surgery and my Hemoglobin was high enough for me not to need a transfusion. You much take with food or it will bother your stomach. Gave me energy too!

This iron supplement works the best for me because it keeps my labs in check. I’m 15 years out from a weight loss surgery and need to keep my iron levels stable. This formulation is the best as far as being easy to digest (no constipation) and also cost effective. I take it along with the High ADEK multivitamin in the same line. I knew going into my weight loss surgery that I would have malabsorption for the rest of my life and it would be necessary to supplement with vitamins and minerals for the rest of my life to be healthy. VITA4LIFE has offered me quite a wonderful solution for most of my vitamin needs. I still have to take MEGA doses of Vitamin D, calcium and Vitamin K and sometimes supplement with copper based on my lab values (and always based upon my physicians advice and orders) I chose the operation that has the highest level of malabsorption which is called Duodenal Switch and I am a compliant patient.

When I first came across these little gems I thought yeah right. I can get these pills without a prescription? They will help my condition? April 27 2023 I started taking these pills. I started feeling better May 21st 2023. Percentage wise, I feel 90% better. I can actually walk with not getting out of breath. These pills are amazing.
