Aerocool Fan and Temperature Controller (Touch1000)

Let's start with the quality control, it appears Aerocool isn't doing proper quality control on these, because it took 3 units to get one that worked. I bought the first one a month ago, and the touchscreen didn't work on the left half. Then I got a second one and the touchscreen didn't work on the right half. I finally called Amazon and they got Aerocool on the line, and the best line from them was "why don't you play with it and get back to us" while Amazon was still on the line. They were feeling I wasn't touching it correctly (what the?). Amazon agreed to get a replacement out, and the third one's the charm. But it shouldn't take 3 to get a working unit. The 3rd one that works is working fine, but this yields 3-stars due to the trouble it took me to get a working unit. When speaking with Aerocool, I offered to tell them the serial number and they weren't interested, instead the tech wanted to brag about how they were making these for the past "20 years" without complaints. While that could be true, it's clear something in manufacturing went wrong with the first two units, and the lack of interest means that if the third unit fails I won't be choosing Aerocool again. Also as other complaints have stated, the bezel is just a hair too large, it's slightly oversized for the standard bezel size, so if you have a single drive bay case like a Silverstone, it will be a horrifyingly tight fit. With that said, the third unit is controlling fan speeds and I finally got the computer quiet without needing to use Noctua low noise adapters. Here's to hoping it lasts though, because it is the nicest looking fan controller.

The reason I'm giving this product 5 stars is: -Look nice, and prize is reasonable, work right out the box with no problem. -Included 2 extra replacement sensors, and 4 mounting screw. and 2 M/F F/M 3 wire extension cable. -Come in a seal box with very easy to understand instructions with color picture and diagram. -Touch screen easy to use and response.(will update if anything happen to the touchscreen but as for now its perfect)I did run into a problem when installing this in the the second bay(lower I think 5.5" bay) The larger part of the side bracket hit the guide inside my Gateway computer bay. but I quickly found a fix for it, I moved the DVD to the second bay and the Fan controller to the first bay. The weird thing this gateway computer is the the guide in the second baby are out further to the front than the top bay. Hope anyone have this same problem can use this information.I'm not sure who to blame, the Gateway guide inside the bay being too far out infront or the Aero Fan Controller side bracket larger part didn't get cut down a bit more, But I'm still giving this Touch1000 a 5/5 Star!

This did not function for me at all. I could press the screen and hear it beep, but it would do nothing. The only sort of response I could get out of it was when I pressed the lock button (which would not go away), and then pressed the temp display. It would display "ALARM TEMP", but you can't adjust a thing. And WORST OF ALL, now that I am looking at it, it has a cracked screen.. UGH!! I JUST OPENED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an ok fan controller. The temperature sensors are a bit off, and its a bit complicated to actually change fan speeds, and the noise these things make every time you press the screen is horrible, i ended up ripping the little speaker off it with pliers. If you set a fan to its lowest speed, after 15 - 30 seconds and alarm will go off and the controller will max out the speed on that fan no matter what. Also max speeds for fans change daily. It also likes to swivel when screwed in slot so make sure its in tight. Other than that, it looks cool and works, but id never buy ones like these again.

After I got this all hooked up, I felt like I stole it for the price. It took a little figuring out to use the touch screen, but was a tight install. Putting my hand on the side of the five fan case felt like the end of a vaccum hose, and most components are running under 90*. Really? Yay! The only con I can think of it that the tape that comes for attaching the temp. probs doesn't stay stuck. No matter, super 33 does. ;)

It assumes that you only have a CPU fan, a drive fan, a case fan and one other. I let the motherboard control the CPU and use this for 3 case fans.

I was in the need of a way of controlling my 4 case fans, this fan controller does the job just fine; and the temperature controls with alarm are just awesome; great way to keep pc quiet when not doing intensive tasks.

見た目買いしましたが、本来の目的の温度制御はすばらしい。海外の動画レビューを参考に、見てきましたがこちらの製品はかっこよさも兼ね備えたアイテムです。ではざっくりとレビュー☆雑観☆皆さんレビューの通りアルミ筐体で高級感があり、かっこいい！フラットパネルで見た目重視に組めるので満足度は高いです。☆取り付けやすさ☆取説通りに組み込んで各種温度センサーの取り付けをしてそれに合わせてファンを組むだけ。ただ、センサー取り付けのシールが粘着緩いので難点あり。☆操作感覚☆真ん中のAeroをタッチすれば鍵が外れて、各項目の数字にタッチすると+や-のボタンで調整できます。☆総合評価☆この商品は、見た目買いができるドヤ商品ですね（笑）上位製品はTouch2000や海外では2100などありますが、２段分使うため、ほかのデバイスを入れられません。マイクロタワー向きの製品なので、小さいゲーミングＰＣにも最適かと思います。そのほかしっかり昨日設定も把握できるので初めてのファンコンでも大丈夫かな。うちのはサーマルテイクのA21に組み込んだんですが、黒い見た目とマッチしてかっこいい。ファンも購入するときの注意点としては、PWMと書かれたものはファンがあり、普通は４ピンで接続します。こちらの製品は１端子しか4ピンに対応しておらず、もともとは３ピンからの変換ですので、普通の３ピンのファンを取り付けても可能と思います。次の新製品もこのメーカーから出たら買ってみても良いかなと思えるメーカーでした。

ちょっと電飾が派手かなぁと思って購入しましたが、そんなにギラギラしていなく、浮いた感じも無く満足です。最近のＰＣはそんなに熱を気にしなくてもいいのでほとんど自己満足ですが・・・

フロントパネルはアルミ製で高級感もあり表示も明るく見やすいです。タッチパネルの感触もなかなか良いですよ。小型のため全表示を見ることは出来ませんが、タッチパネルのキイを送ればよいので特に問題はありません。ミドルタワーに取り付け、ベイを一つ占有するタイプなので派手さは有りませんがシンプルでとても良いと思います。大変良い商品、買って損はありません。

光る！タッチパネル！LEDで綺麗な文字が！けど、これはファンコンです。ファンコンとしてはあまり使い道がありません…私だけ？かもしれませんが回転数は調整出来なかった。他の方は強く押すと有ったけど普通に押せました。ズレは微妙かな？ロック付きなので誤って調整をしてしまう事はないですが温度センサーは、あてに出来ません。
