Rainbow Magic The Magical Party Collection 21 Books Set Including 3 Series (Rainbow Fairies, Party Fairies & Pet Keeper Fairies) Review: Fun series great for young readers - My 7 yo daughter loves these books. We’ve read dozens. I read them to her when she was younger, & now we read aloud together. The structure & plot are all nearly identical, but the consistency & predictability is comforting for children. It might be tedious to an adult, but I don’t mind it at all because I cherish snuggling up with her to read. The stories involve a fairy enlisting two best friends from the human world to recapture magical items stolen by Jack Frost & his goblins. It’s classic good vs. evil, but the “evil” ones are only bickering, selfish & greedy goblins. They are trying to please or impress Jack Frost, who oftentimes steals the magical objects because he wants to be included in an activity, like a parade or talent show. The girls save the day & then help the goblins out of whatever jam they got in along the way. The stories subtly & lightheartedly teach emotional intelligence: empathy, fairness, inclusivity, team work, kindness, acceptance, etc. One minor note: It’s not an issue for us, but the set I received is a British version, not American. It’s all English, of course, but some of the spelling & expressions are different. One of the fairies has a different name, too. Inky the Indigo Fairy is Izzy the Indigo Fairy. Overall, it’s a fun series. Review: Most importantly, my granddaughter loves to read them. - I like that they come in a study box for storing on her bedroom shelves .They are small ,sturdy and each book is broken down into short chapters. The titles are easily read when stored upright. The illustrations are simple black and white illustrations and do not over power the written text. The story lines are a bit repetitive. I would have liked the stories to have been a little more diverse and creative. All in all however worth the price.

Fun series that is timeless
The Rainbow Magic Series was one of my favorite that I shared with my daughter when she was young. She just graduated from college. I purchased the Series again to read to my Grand-daughter who is 5. She's loving it as well.

UK version, still great!
I started reading this series to my daughter before the libraries were closed. I ordered this set so we can continue reading this fun series! She loves these books, and they are a great introduction into chapter books. 1 star subtracted, as there is no mention that this is the U.K. version in the description. Not a huge deal, but my daughter definitely noticed the changes in names and UK vernacular.

They are possibly second hand. Cellophane was a little ripped and the box a little battered. But all in all it was perfect for what I needed it for. My daughter is really getting into these books. So made the perfect Christmas gift. I just binned the outer box set and wrapped the books in their groups without the need for the damages Cellophane and Box set box.

I did put up a bad review ,because I was missing some books but they have sent them out and the reason they didn’t get back to me was because Amazon was not passing on the message so now have everything resolved and very happy with the books .
