how do I connect it to my windows 10 computer?, product info says is compatible

Anyone who actually bought it because they need it & can share? All reviews thus far not helpful, each 5 stars but not one even describes using it!

You download an app, then synch that up (like bluetooth) to your phone. Put the conical cover over the end of the scope (so you don't end up sticking it in too far), turn it on, stick it in your ear, and the view of what the scope is pointed at appears on your phone....like a video stream. It has an option to take still pictures as well. It comes with instructions that are easy enough to follow. I hope that answers your questions.

Don’t think so. It’s just an otoscope for looking inside the ear.

Has anyone in the medical field who has experience with professional grade otoscopes used this one? Is the image quality comparable?

The video otoscope reveals a suitable picture of the external auditory canal and clear visualization od the tympanic membrane equivalent to the image obtained with the traditional optical otoscope. It is much lighter and easy to maneuver. However it does require set up with you smartphone for the image and your ability to maneuver the scope and the phone. Looking at the image on the phone screen is not like looking through the lens and speculum of the direct otoscope. I like mine.
