Good rice cooker
This is a good rice cooker. I am working in Chinese kitchen over 30 years and I trust this Panasonic cooker. Ten years ago Panasonic bought National brand and named Panasonic. Some reviewer said that inner pan is not non-stick pan. It does not matter. After the rice is cooked (about 20-25 minutes) and remains the rice in the cooker about 15 to 20 minutes. then the rice will not stick on the pan. I would say I cook rice more than I drink water every day

Great versatile commercial rice cooker
We use 2 of these rice cookers at my restaurant. They work well and cook white rice and sushi rice evenly. These are work horse rice cookers that last for long time. Definitely get the model with the non-stick pot or else rice will stick to the pot and you waste a lot of rice.

NOT non-stick
I love the Panasonic rice cooker but this model is not non-stick and very hard to clean! I got a different one (Panasonic model #SR42-FZ)that is non-stick and I love it. This was my first order through amazon and I was able to return the item and get a full refund with no problem! I will definitely shop amazon in the future!!!

Best and easiest commercial rice cooker!! We use 4 of them everyday. 6 cycles a day making 20 cups of rice. Makes them perfectly every time. Best of all, just 1 button to press.

its not what i wanted
this is not what i wanted. the pot is not nonstick so my rice stuck to the pot and was hard to clean. the thermostat doesnt work well so the rice didnt cook well. it is absolutely not good.
