I have been taking multi vitamins and multi vitamins/multi minerals for a few years and have recently been looking into the minerals in my multi's. Most multi-mineral/multi-vitamin supplements don't have many minerals at all and the forms they come in are not the best. There are many minerals we need daily and I have looked at lots of products and find SISU Minerals has a great list of minerals included (everything from chromium to silicon). All in all, the number of minerals that are included in this formula and the fact they are chelated (which means they absorb well) makes me give this product 5 stars. The price is also great, so it's a great addition to your health routine. PS - Been taking them for about 2 weeks or so and I have noticed more energy and my sleep has been AMAZING.

I started taking these supplements because my teeth were breaking for no reason. Since I took one capsule per day, my teeth have become white and very resistant to breaking. Additionally, I had my health checkup this year and the blood test revealed that my blood had all the essential minerals for perfectly healthy bones. Being in good health is my number one priority.
