I'm not the type that takes time to write reviews, unless it's actually a phenomenal product. I am extremely surprised that this product has made such a huge difference in my health. I took up running/jogging about 4 months ago, and right from the very start, I got really bad runners knee. It was very painful and irritating and it never went away for a whole 4 months! Nothing was working... Taking pills especially made for running didn't do anything. It honestly made me a bit depressed... Feeling like maybe running just wasn't for me. I asked Facebook friends and family if they had ever had a similar problem and if so, what they did to fix it. My great uncle is not a runner, but experiences knee pain and told me he takes collagen. I started reading about collagen and read all the areas that collagen is supposed to help with, and honestly, they were all areas that I tend to have issues in, like my skin, hair falling out, joints, muscles etc. Collagen really is essential for health and covers so many areas of our body. I took this collagen for about a week. Suddenly, I had walked down some stairs, and realized that I didn't feel pain in my knees! Walking down the stairs was always very painful, and suddenly, I didn't feel that pain for the first time in 4 months!!! I am seriously overjoyed over this. It is extremely obvious that it's making a difference in my health and I think I need to take collagen for the rest of my life. I also have a disease that has ended up causing me to lose a lot of hair, and even eyebrows and eyelashes. I think the collagen is helping with the hair loss, though it may still be too soon to tell with that one... Even if it doesn't help with anything else, it's so worth it if it just helps with my knee pain!

I decided to give collagen pills a try because of all the benefits I heard regarding hair and nails. So a friend recommended I try VitaRaw Multi Collagen Complex Types 1 though. Boy Im glad I did. While I've only been on it for a couple of weeks I noticed I'm not as achy as before. My back used to feel so stiff when I woke in the morning, and now I'm noticing it's not as achy. In addition to my back starting to feel better I also saw an improvement in my skin and nails. So far I've been very happy with the product and cant wait to see further results as I continue to take it and see what the next couple of months bring. One other thing I want to mention, is this easy on the stomach and I have a very sensitive one and it is suggested to take on an empty stomach and I had no issues. Whew! This product is definitely worth trying and is also very affordable.

My knee pain has decreased and my nails are strong and healthy

I've been using this product for some time (5 purchases to date) and liked it until now (hence the 3 stars, not 1). I just received a new bottle today, and it looks completely different (see photo). When I took a closer look, I noticed 2 other things that were different besides different labels: 1. The new bottle clearly states "Responsibly Made in China" while the seller's product page clearly states the product is "Made in the USA" - see photos. That sounds a lot like false advertising to me. 2. The expiration date on the bottom of the new bottle is a year earlier than the expiration date on my older, now empty bottle (basically, what I just received is an older product). What's most frustrating is that I can't return this new bottle, even though I haven't opened it yet and even though it's clearly within the return window (I just got it today) because I'm getting a "This item isn't eligible for return" message. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this seller ever again.

I got compliments on my glowing skin and changes to my hair, and I personally noticed my fingernail growth. Had actually started taking Collagen for my joints, but I will definitely take the other side effects LOL. I do believe these are effective and have health benefits. I did struggle a bit at first with the size of the capsules.

Thisnis my 2nd order. They deliver quickly. My tummy is so happy. I really like these. No messy powders, no smell, no taste. I believe my gut is happy now that I am taking collegen regularly and consistently. With the powders I would have to have a beverage that masked the smells and flavors of most the powders I tried. With these I just added them to my morning and night pill boxes and I don't miss a dose. I will continue to order.

They are your typical sized supplement capsules. A few weeks in, I can say I’ve noticed a difference in the health of my hair, skin and nails. My hair feels stronger and definitely more I f a stone v to it. Skin looks refreshed when I wake up (this was the 2nd thing I noticed! Huge plus; I felt like my looked very dull and these supplements have added a glow I cannot describe), and the strength of my nails (first thing I noticed; dry and brittle to now being stronger and far less easily broken off). I’ve been pleasantly surprised by that! You are beat to take on an empty stomach sooo I think that could be the reason for the next thing I have noticed.. a bit of heart burn/Reflex but 2 Tums and I’m good to G(l)O(w); pun definitely intended! Great addition to my bc supplemental daily intake!
