I've never spent a good bit of money on nail clippers of any sort. Always thought nail clippers were just nail clippers. UNTIL I bought this set. WOW! I will never buy any other brand of clippers ever again. These are sharp very easy to cut yourself with if not careful but boy do they get the job done. I've lost my toe nail the same one twice. It's grown back like 4 times as thick as a normal nail. The angled clippers clipped through it with 0 effort. If you're reading this review wondering if you should buy these BUY THEM! buy 2 hand them out as stocking stuffers and put them in your kids college kits. I've never been so satisfied with a purchase nor do I ever write reviews on items I've purchased on Amazon but I just had to get on here and express how great these are so others can take care of that crusty toe nail. BUY IT! I promise you'll love them.

Let’s face it, when you get old and have abused your feet your toe nails get thick, ingrown and UGLY! These cutters open wide, they have a narrow crown and get at problem nails that just don’t fit in standard drug store cutters. They are a bit flopsy-mopsy and the spring should have a lock so it doesn’t constantly try to fold flat. But once you get a comfortable grip on the generous easy to hold handles and figure out that this is different than cheap nail nippers, you can sail through a very difficult and often ugly task without the usual cussing and blood-letting. They work for normal fingernails and are easy to do a nice clean job even if your hands shake like a blue state Governor in church.I normally don’t like supporting small local business killing enterprises but when I find a tool that I just can’t find locally I guess I don’t mind supporting an online Amazon small business.These are well made tools, made better by machining a tiny spring ledger clip and spot welding it inside the handle where the springs set. I recommend these to old folks with thick nasty toenails, crooked toes, arthritic hands and one good eye. They are comfy and stay sharp! Great addition to the grooming tool box!

My Aunt Kay-Kay lives right next door and she's elderly and won't let almost anyone do anything for her. She doesn't even like me bringing her the fav water she likes and got mad because I brought her fav girl scout cookies over. She is very independent and what I would call "sweetly fussy" and when I told her I sent her something I knew she would hit the roof! It's what you do for family. And she just texted me and said THANK YOU. Before covid she used to get pedicures and at least for while she can manage with these. I got the same set the same day. Love the big cutter, the clipper, and the emery board. And they can other household uses also.

Great quality and options but I wish it came with a compartmentalized case. Used occasionally but with no case to put it In I don’t want to loose any of the parts so it barely gets used. The plastic packaging it came in is of poor quality only meant for delivery purposes.

Due to damage, a piece of my nail grows about 45 degrees in the wrong direction. It’s extremely difficult to control with standard clippers. It was currently pushing in a way that had made it impossible for me to remove without hurting myself and meant that I was about to spend about a hundred plus dollars getting it professionally done. These were able to do the job and saved me from a doctors bill.They also feel pretty sturdy

REALLY TOUGH AND HARDENED TOENAILS ARE NOT A PROBLEM WITH THESE CUTTERS. WHAT USED TO TAKE ME 1 HOUR TO DO - PEDI/MANI TOOK ME 10 MINUTES - TOTAL. NOW I DON'T GET INTO A SCIATIC SPASM, MANEUVERABILITY IS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED.I AM MY MOTHER'S CARETAKER AND DOING HER NAILS WAS A NIGHTMARE AND I HATED DOING IT. Has everything you'll ever need to work on your toes. Very durable.

I have some very thick, very curly toenails. I bought some heavy duty clippers maybe five years ago to deal with them, and while they weren't terribly easy to use, they did the trick for a while. But more recently, they just weren't cutting it (literally).So I decided to try these. I was a little skeptical when I first took them out of the packaging - the tension was a lot less than what I was used to - but holy smoke, the difference between these and what I was using before is night and day. They cut through my tough nails so easily I scarcely even feel it, and they're super-easy to handle. Call me another satisfied customer!
