Best most durable phone ive ever owned and the battery life is mind bogggglllliiinnnggg it last for 3 days without having to charge it. Accidentally forgot phonei n my pocket did a HALO jump into ocean swam underwater 2 miles to shore and phone has NO PROBLEMS still works like a champ, i did this a while back wih my samsung and that phone is still water logged.

Bought this phone for my teenager so it would last. Most social media will not work on this phone. If he tries to use social media it crashes the app or freezes the phone. But on top of everything it got knocked off a shelf by a cat and it landed on carpet and it cracked the screen. Landed on carpet and cracked the Screen!!!!! I thought it was a rugged tough phone that could withstand just about anything, but I guess not. Ulefone will not replace or refund me for the phone because the screen breaking apparently isn't part of the warranty. They actually sent me a link to purchase a new screen a video how to replace it myself. No thank you, I want my money back!! Too bad its past the return window.

This has been an excellent phone to own. It does everything that I need. It survived a few good drops in various locatoins. I've yet to test the waterproofing of it, bit outside of that it's been great. I do have one issue. The retaining piece for the headphone jack cover broke off. I use more wired equipment then wireless/Bluetooth. So it was a bit of a disappointment when it did about three weeks ago and I've only owned it since Christmas of 2019.

A very durable phone. The software which is Android 9 is smooth as butter. The battery power lasts several hours but depends on whether you have your network data on too long. Solid screen. I would order another one of these if I have to.

I was excited to get this cell phone. I like the size, the feel and the reviews I found online were in favor of buying and the price was ok, a little steep but I trust Amazon. I used it for a short time with no issues then it stopped working with texting. I tried everything including our service provider but the phone had a glitch of some kind. Amazon took it back with no issue. I liked the X5 so much I bought the X7. I have used this for a few days. Love it! No issues so far. The X5 I had may have been just that phone.

Why buy any other phone this one has it all. The battery life is the best I have had from any of the phones I have owned. I charge it about three times a week and that gets me hours of music, videos, calls and text thru out this cycle. I don't need an otter box as the phone is more protected than the last otter box I used on my Moto Z I had before this phone. This phone seems to get better reception than other phones. I have been with a group of friends and they lost connection on a trip we were on we all had the same carrier and my phone was the only one working. Not sure this is a accurate example for this phone's working range , but it did impress me. The other features are dependent on Android apps and they work for my needs as well. The only down side on this phone it the camera the auto focus for closeups is week. This makes it hard to read barcodes when you need to scan an item. But for snap shots of the family and outdoor shots it works Ok. If you want SLR camera quality get a digital SLA camera a smart phone is not a substitute for a good camera.

Solid phone but a few weeks in the front facing camera stopped working entirely. Great battery life. Good contruction. Nice screen. Other then the camera problem, all and all a good value for the money. I might recommend getting one of the models that can wireless charge because the rubber cap for the charging port is a pain and seems like it'll break soon.

I PURCHASED THE ARMOR X5 WHICH DO NOT HOLD EVEN FEW MONTH ! THE SCREEN GETTTIMG BLACK RANDOMLY FOR HOURS EVERYDAY AND I CANNOT SEE WHO CALLS OR TEXT, I HAVE DONE FEW TIMES FACTORY RESET BUT NOTHING CHANGED THEY ADVERTISE A LONG STAY BATTERY. BUT IT 'S NOT TRUTH THE BATTERY NEED TO BE CHARGED FEW TIME A DAY AND THE BATTERY NOT HOLDING FEW YEARS AS IT SHOULD! IT IS HARDLY FEW MONTH ! I SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM ULEFONE PRODUCTS BAD SERVICE HORRIBLE PHONES! LOW QUALITY
