Great headlamp for the price, it does the job.
Good alternative to those AAA battery sucker Energizer headlights. I used to use those Energizer headlights for years. Went looking for a new one and decided to try the DanForce. So far, I've had it since April of 2025 and it has been holding up good, so far. The LED's are quite bright. They do dim down a bit after it has been on for a little while, but that is normal for high powered LED's as they tend to heat up a bit. Love the swivel tilt hinge on the front. Was surprised it would tilt nearly straight down. The Energizer headlamps wouldn't tilt that far. Also the Energizer headlamp elastic bands would ALWAYS get stretched out sooo bad eventually, and then couldn't fit it on my head. So far the DanForce elastic band hasn't stretched (much). One issue I do have is unless you have the elastic band on quite firmly, the headlight will start sliding down the front of my head into my eyes. When I thought I had it set right, I'd use it for a little bit and suddenly it was sliding into my face. Will see if it stays put this time and will update this review accordingly. Battery life... well, they claim 10 hours. You won't get 10 hours out of a full charge. I decided to start timing it each time I used it, and then totaled up by the time it was at one bar left. I got just a bit over 7.5 hours worth. That was using it 10 minutes here, 30 minutes there, 15 minutes here etc. However, this last full charge each time I used it I had used it for extended periods while working on my car at night. An hour and a half here, 2 hours there. I found with heavy usage, the battery doesn't last as long. I got about 5.5 hours this last time. Perhaps the shorter periods of use allow the battery to recover a bit. And heavy usage generates more heat, so that may be the reason for the shorter life. And just for the record, that was using the second light setting with the 2 outside lights, since I do not use the focused beam. One thing I really have a gripe with... the battery recharge time. This thing takes FOREVER to charge back up! I'm talking 6 - 8 hours. Even when I'm using a proper high speed USB-C charging cable plugged into a high output USB-C port, it still takes a long time. That really sucks when I absolutely NEED to use it to finish up some work. I was tempted to dock a star off this review because of that, however this headlight has worked great so far. If you're not going to offer removable batteries, at least put a little more juice the charge speed. I don't have any other headlamps to use while I'm waiting on this one to charge. Other than that, pretty good headlamp.

Very good Headlamp!
Really impressive! The center light is incredibly bright and has a focusing ring. The two side lights make for excellent lighting of an area when working on a project, the red light is bright enough to be very useful. The flashing light mode annoying because it flashes so quickly, but it would certainly get attention. The headlamp is easy to use (although there seems to be some confusion in other reviews) and it charges quickly if your charger can supply 2 amps. I have an average head size (7 1/8" hat) and the headband fits perfectly. I'm very pleased with it!

Good purchase
Awesome headlamp. Very bright. I've worn this headlamp for an entire 8 hour shift with no fatigue. Works very well. The only problem are the mouth breathers at the shop. If you leave anything remotely nice laying around it's gone. I mean don't even turn your head or it's gone. Anyhow, I ended up buying these for my sons who are in the trades and the too like them. They seem cheap but I still have mine after about 18 months of use.

Good Light Output, But Eventually Switched to Something Less Bulky
The DanForce headlamp puts off a good amount of light, and at first it worked well for what I needed â especially when crawling through tight, dark spaces on job sites. The brightness is solid and the rechargeable battery is convenient. After using it for a while, though, I ended up switching to a different headlamp. The DanForce is a bit bulky, and over time that started to get in the way when I was working in crawl spaces or moving around for long periods. I also found that the battery life didnât last as long as some other options Iâve tried, especially on higher brightness settings. Overall, itâs a decent headlamp with strong light output, but if you need something lightweight with longer battery life for daily professional use, there are better choices out there.

Better than expensive name brands like Snap-on or Coast
Iâve now bought 4 of these over the last 4-5 years. The first one I bought is still going strong however the elastic has stretched. I am a Professional Auto Tech and have used most every headlamp out there from Snap-on, Mac, Matco, Coast and all the other big brands. These last a LONG time and they are extremely bright! Iâve now bought one for home, one for a coworker, one for myself at work and one for my personal shop. The lights can get damaged if you drop them so use caution. Overall for the price this is the best headlight you can buy. It blows my $100 snap on one out of the water with both brightness and battery life. I go a whole 10-12hr work day using the lamp on one charge then charge it each night. Overall 10/10 would recommend! If it lasts this long in the abusive automotive industry then it should last you even longer at home!

I recommend it
Excellent helmet light, very good lumens and the charge lasts quite a while, over 2 days with medium to high workloads, and up to 3 days with medium workloads. I recommend it for its brightness. It's a bit heavy for the helmet and to wear on your head, but you get used to it.

Worked fine for a while and then suddenly refused to charge. Stopped working after less than 10-15 occasions.

Great thing when you need light in the dark and both your hands are busy. Can get you light for four hours without any problem. Good quality material is used. Just my selected color was not sent

I bough product after reading the positive review but turned out to be big disappointment everything is cheaply about it is cheaply made, design, functionality and u can buy a much better one for the same price or for little more. "American Made" probably is a big lie beside all the others.
