Good & Yummy!
Arrived quickly and was as described! They were fresh, the package is sturdy and was not damaged! These aren't super expensive & they can be put on anything or just eaten as a snack! Didn't really pay attention to them being gluten free, but it seems they are. The texture & thickness is of a normal Chow Mein noodle! Great in salads, ramen, just about anything!

Very Crunchy,. Stays crunchy in the chow mein for quite a while. Taste is mild and pleasant like very crunchy wavy little bread sticks

The best chow mein noodles
These chow mein noodles are the best of the best. I use them wherever I can, and sometimes sneak them as a snack. They are very crunchy and taste kind of like a fried egg roll wrapper. You can’t miss with them, especially in stir fries. I sometimes put them on fried rice for the texture as well.

Great product.
I'm not sure why these have gotten hard to find in my neck of the woods, but they are less expensive than our small grocery store was charging, so yay. Besides using them on Chinese dishes, they are wonderful on a salad to add some crunch. I also eat them as a snack sometimes. So, to whoever came up with these little yummies, thanks!
