Very good product. I used it during my first three months of Carnivore diet while I lost 70 lbs . It kept me from drinking soda.

We love the flavour and the effect. I always take electrolytes before a workout. We live in Florida, which is really humid, but the powder has not lumped together, which is great. I guess you need to close the lid really tight to avoid moisture getting into the jar. We love it.

Easy to mix, although it seems to leave a little residue in the bottom of the glass. The taste is not the best, but definitely not the worst. It wasn’t too difficult to chug this down and I feel pretty decent after drinking it. I really like the fact that the sodium content is so low, particularly compared to other electrolyte brands, since my doctor has me on a reduced sodium diet. I would overall recommend this.

If you’re looking for an effective way to rehydrate — especially after exercise, hot days, or long travel — this Raspberry Lemonade electrolyte mix is a winner. The flavor is pleasant and not overpowering, the mixability is excellent, and the hydration benefits are real. I would highly recommend it to workouts, travelers, or anyone who struggles to drink enough plain water.

Flavor was decent compared to others but it left me wanting more. That can also be a personal preference though as I usually prefer stronger flavors, so I did add a bit of my own water flavoring to enhance to my liking. I did notice a slight powdery taste/texture towards the end of every drink as you do find it hard to dissolve all of the powder. If you slightly underfill the scoop this usually resolves the dissolving issue. I love that it came with a scoop but the size is not very convenient if you are using it in the go for an actual bottle of water. Better suited if you are using your own bottle. Overall I think it’s a great quality and quantity for the price compared to other well advertised brands that are becoming way overpriced.

I like the fact that there is no filler in this product, which means I can carry it in my gym bag, pull it out, and replenish my electrolytes no matter where I am. I also carry one in my truck so I can put it in my hydration pack when I know I will need. Next, i wa doubtful about the flavor but it is much better than the lemonade one that I was using. Plus, if I just want a tad bit of electrolyte in my water bottle or pack the diluted flavor works for me.Lastly, I like the fact there is no sugar. I find that hydration liquids laced with it make me feel bloated and nauseous. accustomed to lemonade flavor and this works better.

I love this product so much that I subscribe to it now. I bought the pomegranate one and I love the flavor. It’s a great price for how many servings you get. I was looking for electrolytes with no sugar and no additives and this one doesn’t have any added sugar. It dissolves in water well with just a couple stirs. I feel like I’m drinking a sweet drink so it is a healthy alternative to soda (without the carbonation of course). It has the great health benefits that make your body feel hydrated.

I’ve been using these clean keto electrolytes for daily hydration and have been happy with them. The flavor is light and not overly sweet, and they mix easily with water. Simple ingredients and so easy to use. I do dilute 1.5x water with this supplement so it does not upset my stomach. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
