It's a nice roasting pan with Cover and handled a 27lb semi boneless ham with no problem. I also purchased separately, a rack that fit inside this roasting pan. Clean up was easy as well.

Love this roaster, it's like 3 pots in one. You can use the top and bottom as separate pots and put tinfoil on top, or use together if you're (roasting item) is very large.

This looks great and has a very large roasting capacity. Cleans easily and isnt too heavy. Great for the price and works well

I needed to replace my 25 year old granite ware 21in rectangular covered roaster that I loved . I made sure I bought another Granite ware. I still have 2 different size oval roasting pans . I bought because I needed for a large turkey for Christmas Eve . I took out of box and undid packaging. I washed to use noticed bottom is warped it does not sit flat which makes lid not sit properly I had no choice but to use . Had to use again for large ham on Christmas Day still the same issues rocking base and lid that doesn’t sit correctly. I tried to email granite ware web site Everytime I filled everything out and pressed send I would get an error . Very frustrating quality has definitely changed from my older ones . I guess I am stuck with my warped pan.

We had the hardest time finding a roasting pan that would fit out 24lb turkey. This one was the winner. It fits the turkey without any parts hanging over the side. There was even enough room to baste the turkey without having it drip over the sides. We needed to purchase a rack to put in the bottom for the turkey to sit on. It was easy to clean and no signs of rust yet. The lid does not fit on over a 24lb turkey but that doesn't bother me because we use a cheesecloth over the top of our turkey for the first few hours so, there is no need for a lid the way we make ours.

Great value for the price. Rectangular shapes fits most everything perfectly. Light weight yet sturdy. Lid fits perfectly, but can also double as a second pan if needed because handles are on side with flat top.

This roaster is exactly what I was looking for. I purchased it for my Christmas and Thanksgiving turkeys. I always cook 20+ pound birds and they fit perfectly. The pans came really well wrapped and arrived on time. This is a two piece set and with the handles on the ends you can actually use both pieces to cook in. On a side note, the roaster fills the oven; so when you want to take it out, pull the rack out to access the handles. If not, you run the risk of burning yourself and then dropping a huge pan of food. I use the bottom alone for my turkey because I use a cooking bag. I have also roasted a 22 lb ham in this unit and it came out perfectly. If you are looking for a blemish free piece of cookware, don't go with Granite Ware. It is old fashioned cookware that lasts forever, but it isn't always pretty. My original piece is 20+ years old and still going strong. We have used the new pans three or four times and have noticed no defects that would interfere with cooking use. Easy to clean and top stores nestled in bottom. I bought two because once you have it you will find all types of cooking uses for it. I have trouble keeping them at home because my children are always borrowing them. Just remember, they are not only big, they are huge. Just what every holiday chef needs for those large family get togethers.

Great size but arrived with an obvious defect (no enamel on parts of the inside). Returned.

Der Bräter kam beschädigt an. Emaille an den Schweißpunkten der Griffe abgeplatzt und Löcher an diesen Stellen. Auch an anderen Stellen ist Emaille abgeplatzt. Die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles aus dünnem (Trompeten)-Blech, kein ordentlicher Boden. Ich mag mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie der im Ofen reagiert. Ich habe das Teil umgehend zurückgeschickt.

Tiene el tamaño ideal para hornear un pavo de buen tamaño, sin que se reseque por el calor. Desde hacía tiempo buscaba un recipiente para ello, hasta que encontré éste. Totalmente recomendable!
