This is great.

When I received the product, the seal is unseal on the top of container. I count the pills inside, and there are only 194 pills, not 200 pills as it said on the container. And it couldn't return it. Don't recommended it to others.

I'm still not sure what this does, but it helps get a good night's sleep.

Only lasts 3.88 days. Rip off. "Take 8 pills 3 times per day" But they don't show you the DOSAGE page for this info. You have to buy and find out. I was willing to try Chinese medicine? Great! Another Westerner willing to try Chinese Medicine. More business! Opening of more income to Eastern culture? But no. Just another Easterner ripping off Western culture by with-holding information to beguile Westerners and take advantage of us. Now they are missing business by such practices. Their loss. Not mine.

It keeps me warm, improves the circulation near knees, I don’t feel uncomfortable and cold in knees area in cold weather. Especially the weakness and tiredness in knees and back area a couple of days every month are gone. The strange thing is, I just noticed (after I took three bottles) there are only seven ingredients listed for this product. Per all the resources I checked, there should be eight, “Poria Cocos” is missing. I wondered what’s the difference and why it was taken off, that make it only three stars.

I felt my blood pressure was up after I eat the medicine, this resulted in my headache.
