Nail Lacquer, Turn it Up, 0.6 Ounce

I use this on the upper tips of my nails for a very fun look. The pieces spread well with the brush but I use pointed tweezers to get some positioned just so. It is a bit difficult to take off with regular nail polish so prepare to have acetone on hand. I also like to apply silver or gold glitter polish on top.

Perfect non-reflective rainbow bubbles of color. I tried is as a top coat over a turquoise creme base, and the effect was ADORABLE. Orly is a good brand, nice grippy handle of the brush. Big bottle, plenty of product. (Ignore my sloppy painting skills in the picture, haha). So cute!!! This polish can be used alone, but it does have a texture especially when you do that. But FULL coverage of rainbow fun that way.

I love this polish! It is adorable on the nails, and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. I use only a light coat - one - of this on a clear base coat or Orly's Bare Rose...but, like others were saying, it's hard to get off. I use a somewhat strong remover, and I have to use quit a bit to take it off. So, I would recommend this for the fun of it, but I wouldn't use multiple coats of it...hence, the star deduction. 6/24: I thought I would update my review. I continue to get a lot of compliments on this polish. People want to know what it is and where I got it. I updated my stars to 5, because I realized that if I use only one light coat - which looks lovely - and then to take it off, I cut up a cotton pad, saturate each piece with nail polish remover and then place a piece on each nail and let it sit on the nail for a minute, it is easier to get off. I like this so much now that I ordered two of Orly's other new nail toppers, Party Animal and Dancing Queen.

The only downside is that it’s pretty tough to remove, so be prepared to spend a little extra time with nail polish remover. Overall, a great polish if you want a bold, long-lasting glitter look!”

My favorite nail polish! Can be worn alone or Over ANY COLOR! The only downside is it (like All glitter polish) is hard to remove.

W🤩WZA!! I do not know how I lived without this glitterati-party-for-my-nails!! The bottle is surprisingly heavy as those colorful shards are a substantial weight, densely packed in the clear-ish liquid vehicle!! I’m generally a salon gel 💅🏼 polish lady, but needed to look presentable for a sudden event in a hurry, no time to make an appointment. I painted this ☄️meteor🌟🌟🌟shower over a clear base coat on self-filed fingernails. I had read some reviewers felt the polish took a long time to dry, so settled in for a wait. NOT SO, in my experience!! The colorful surfaces were dry in a very short time compared to my memories of applying, at home, traditional non-shellac/gel polish layers. I did use a new bottle of base coat I bought as it seems recommended to slick a coat on first. I probably did two thin coats of the 💫magical sparkles. I was able to paint one coat of the new Seche Vite topcoat from the bottle simultaneously purchased. This manicure really lasted very satisfactorily for a weekend full of 🛫🛬flights, hotel, automobiles, carry-on 🧳suitcase rolling, lifting, opening and several events. I do agree with a recent reviewer who felt the metallic chips “caught” on things so she added two layers of topcoat. I will take time to perform that wise step the next time! I had marginal but visible pedicure polish still on my toes, so I slicked the ✨stars✨ right on over it, adding a topcoat of Seche Vite. I am a matchy-matchy girl so I have to see the same color both top and bottom!! Worked terrifically!! This is a really unique and fun topper! It's easy to apply and it stays on well when you use a top coat. I've been having fun putting it on top of different colors and layering it in different ways. The only drawback is that it takes a ling time to get off with acetone. Overall a really enjoyable nail polish to use and to wear!

The concept of this confetti polish is so fun. It wasn't as easy to apply as I'd hoped. It seemed like it was pretty uneven, some bare spots, some clumpy spots. Maybe I need more practice. The biggest negative is how long it takes to get it off. Just be prepared. I had to put the polish remover on a pad and hold the pad on the nail for minutes, then rub and scrape, then hold the pad on again, repeating this multiple times. I use Mineral Fusion. It took me, like, 45 minutes to get this off my toes! The confetti look is still very cute, though!
