While it can be hard to tell supplements apart when using several at once, I do feel a noticeable difference when not using this. You see a remarkable amount of hydrogen being produced within just a minute. The last off brand that I purchased took five minutes and did not produce a quarter of what this does. Yes you do pay a little more, but the difference in quality is massive. It comes in a darkened glass bottle. I read some reviews complain about time, but that hasn't been my experience. To me, they dissolve extremely fast, and doesn't interfere when you need it at work; it immediately dissolves. It gives your body the physical recovery, and mental clarity. As the science of it is ever evolving, and as products are flooding the market, this is my go to. As someone who don't always got a lot of money, I need to find a good medium to achieve maximum quality with value. I did a lot of homework on hydrogen water. I bought a cheap centrifuge thingy and it stopped working within a few weeks even. But this is a trusted product in an extensive search for me. I first bought the 30 count to see, and ended up as a repeat customer who bought the 90 ct, an even better value. For me this is this is where value and quality. Like sitting in a cold natural spring . It invigorates the cells and makes your insides feel cool and energized. Honestly, it's probably doing the same thing as the cold spring since hydrogen is found in fresh running spring water. This is only my second day, so we shall see if I get any benefit from it. Try not to smell it before you drink and it will be fine. It smells a bit earthy/mineral-like. The texture is a bit bubbly/almost seltzer-like, but more mild than a seltzer. If you don't smell first, it doesnt really have much of a flavor. Today I didn't notice it, but my first time I thought it had almost a mild/lemony taste, like they tried to add a slight flavoring. But it might have been my mind playing tricks on me because I didn't notice it at all today. I hope to receive some benefits from using this on the daily. If nothing else, its a refreshing drink for me and hopefully it will just give me a boost, it will also force me to drink more water in the AM, so thats a plus.

Slight acidic taste but not too bad. Seems to hydrate.

This product does make me feel cleaner and helps boost my mornings. but I've only taken this for a week. I usually take one tab a day in the morning with 16 oz. of water as directed. The tab takes about 3 minutes to dissolve all the way. It turns the water grayish and the taste is not amazing but it's not an issue either, you can't really taste taste it. It's just different than straight water. And the boost from it is not like two expresso shots, it's more like your body is recharged. For all the talk about H2 water bottles I would say save your money and just get these tabs. They do the same thing just without having to purchase a special water bottle that requires you to charge it. Per tab the cost is very reasonable. I crush the tab while it's dissolving with a spoon or straw. while it dissolves there's some effervescence which brings a film to the top of the water. As soon as the tab is fully dissolved stir the mixture slightly and drink the full glass in one go. Apparently the H2 gas in the water dissipates relatively fast so you can't just leisurely sip on it for 30 minutes without loosing its intended effect. I'm definitely going to make this a regular morning practice going forward. If nothing else it's a nice morning ritual and I get 16 oz. of water with some magnesium (see label) first thing in the morning despite whether the H2 positively enhances anything else in your body.

I get really hungover so I don’t drink much anymore. I can have two drinks and the next day I feel it. I’m exhausted, lazy and it ruins my whole day. I started taking these for help with energy and workout recovery. I take one on the morning every day with my vitamins. I’ve been taking them for about a week. Last night, I went out with some friends and had a few drinks. I was like, “I’m going to feel this is in the morning.” I woke up this morning expecting the worst and MY STARS! I’m not hungover, slightly tired, but not bad at alll. Not only am I not hungover, I can get all my chores done. I bought Cheers hangover cure to take on the few nights a month I go out. Now only did it not work for me, I felt worse the next morning like a category 10 hangover. Not after taking these. Seems like a good quality product: tablets well-formed, glass bottle, plenty of desiccant (necessary), decent ingredients. Behaved mostly as expected, other than it was more like 2 to 2 1/2 min. rather than 90 sec. for a tablet to dissolve. Have been reading things on mercola.com for nearly a decade. Many items of advice have clearly worked for me; others have not. These molecular hydrogen tablets are in the latter category. Used them per the articles: 2 in the morning with 1 liter of water (divided into 1 tablet with 480 to 500 mL of R.O. water followed immediately by a second, due to container limitations), consumed fully and immediately after tablet dissolves. Did this for 45 days. *Have not noticed any changes*. Could there be things improving of which i am not aware? Possibly. I’m not in an economic stratum where i can drop $50-some every month and a half on a Maybe. At that price, i need Yes. I’ll be redirecting my limited funds to more Real Food i might otherwise eschew due to price. Perhaps in the future if other things have improved for me, i might try these again. Until then, Nope!

Too new of a user to see a difference but Dr. Mercola is one brand that I trust to be consistent with good quality ingredients!

I’ve got to say, I’ve been on hydrogen water on and off for years. I get the science but I honestly don’t notice much. Will keep trying.
