The picture is MUCH better than I expected and sharp I might add
I took a chance on this purchase as it was for my mother to have for Christmas so that she may watch her shows in the kitchen etc. I was a little weary at purchase but ultimately this product came through perfectly. The picture is MUCH better than I expected and sharp I might add. The controls are easy on both the tv and the remote control. The antenna is situated well; its the perfect size for mobility. This is a solid product. Mom is very happy.

The worst.
One of the worst purchases I've ever made. Battery died in a day. Desperate, so I kept it. Picture quality fair to poor--I had another Auvio with a gorgeous picture. It was one of the best purchases I ever made, but unfortunately, accidentally damaged. Many other problems, like the audio dials go out periodically. Gets very few channels. Can't believe what looks like the same or similiar tv from the same company could be so different. All in all, embarrassed that I did not send this back to bagin with.

Missing parts
It seems well built, but it didn't come with the metal antenna in the picture, only the external one.

Taking Jeopardy with Me
I had an Auvio for some months but then couldn't recharge the battery. I learned, too late, it's not good to leave it plugged in all the time. I love my little TV. Sometimes I can't get a local station that is not the major networks but the picture is clear on all the stations with me. If I'm not going to be home for Jeopardy I take it with me. Otherwise I have it where I work, by my computer. It's a good size for the space.

Not for use during power failures.
The main problem with this TV is the battery. After charging it 3 times, it died. The battery can no longer be charged. Although the manual that comes with the TV mentions replacing the battery, you can't actually do that. There's no way even to access the battery without taking the TV apart. If you do this, you'll discover an odd-shaped Lithium polymer battery that isn't intended to be removed. Even if you figure out how to remove it without destroying the wiring, finding a replacement may be impossible. I did find the Chinese company that makes the battery (Great Power), but the only way to purchase the battery is to buy it in bulk, with a minimum purchase of 5,000 batteries. Awesome. If you purchased this TV for emergency use during a power failure, as I did, you'll be out of luck. A dead battery means a dead TV. Don't waste your money. Look for a TV with replaceable batteries.

good little tv
Auvio make a good portable digital. I first bought the little 3.5 inch one that actually works better than the 7 inch. But the 7 inch came with a second antenna which brings in stations as good.
