This is the car you want
The media could not be loaded. I bought this car after 2 months of nonstop reviews watching, amazon browsing and reddit reading. Overall is the best RC car to start with since it is bullet fast and so light it will not break after crashing. SO far ive been bashing for 1 month and it hasnt broken a thing. Everything came pregeased and worked as a charm out of the box. I was deciding between the 901a, some WLtoys and this, but over all the research i figured this was the most durable/best bang for the buck and since i dont live in the US, i dont have availability to buy spares that easily.

Powerful and 3s capable! 💪
The media could not be loaded. I love this car it's fast out of the box but the Phywess for almost $30 cheaper seems snappy and more responsive when comparing stock. Being brushless though I found this more customizable. I threw in a 3s lipo battery from gens ace 800mah and it fit perfectly. With a 3s battery it easily runs 30 to 35±mph stock. It was't enough for me so I ordered a 5900kv 2845 motor and with slight adjustments it fit perfect. It's plenty capable now but it only lasted 3 weeks. Today my differential stripped and my bevel gear. I was maxing it out over 30 minutes on stock hardware! I have ALL metal components on the way. I mean all of it including chassis. In the videos I have the 120a esc capped at 70% and it's still WAY too much power to handle. At parks I open it up and it's amazing what it can do! Easily 60mph+. I wish I had videos to show but this is my alone time hobby. What a great car! It's definitely introduced me to the hobby of RC !!

Great 2nd step in the RC hobby
Faster than a non-hobby grade RC for sure. Seems well built haven’t broken it yet. Worth the money it’s a fun little truck.

Actually better than the Redcat.
If you're looking for the best 16th scaler, this is close. Don't worry about getting parts, as you can get them through Redcat. This is actually a dolled up version of the Volcano16. Many Chinese companies are buying these from Redcat and put their names on it. Every 16889 truck is a Redcat, all the way back to the Tremor. All of these little trucks are Redcat Tremors. The Tremor went through three versions and this is the 3rd. Parts are available for them via the Volcano16. I still have two Tremors and picked up a Volcano16 for my grandson and imagine my surprise. This Gool even uses Redcat bodies and supplied stickers. That's a very good thing. Why is this the best? Well, GoolRC, a company I've used for years, upscaled this to brushless. Not offered at Redcat. They added metal front uni-axles and rear metal dogbones and axles. Optional for the Redcat. It also includes the optional Redcat wheelie bar. It only comes with one battery and the Volcano comes with two. One improvement is upper control A arms in both the front and the back. Much stronger than the Volcano and what makes this a basher.1 step up is the pro version and it includes metal diffs, better shocks, and two more batteries for another 50 dollars. This is probably the version to buy. I didn't do that, I'm going in the 3s direction and didn't want the batteries. If I blow the diffs I'll upgrade them with Redcat kits and I already ordered the shocks. This thing can take pretty much anything you dish out and has a power dial so you can turn it down when you give it to very young children. And if you turn it all the way up, hold on to your socks.I highly recommend this GoolRC truck. And thank you GoolRC, the Redcat Tremor never looked so good.

Wow, can't be beat for the price
What a fun truck to play with outside. It's fast, durable, and tons of fun! I love how the remote has adjustments for throttle, you can easily turn it down and let a young child play with this truck.I've had it for a few days now, so far so good.

These cars are virtually indestructible and you can upgrade them.
I now have four of these cars which I have upgraded with street tires oil filled shocks 11.1 3S battery. I’m running twice the speed of the stock battery Which was pretty fast but now it’s way faster. We race the skate parks once a week a lot of fun. And the upgrades are very cheap.

Best beginner basher out there, good to learn about working on RC cars too
If you are trying to get into RC Bashers, this is hands down the best budget basher out there. This specific version has the Brushless motor which adds quite a bit of power. I am happy with my purchase but I think if you have the extra cash you should try and find the "pro" version with the oil shocks and metal gears as that will give you a much more high end experience. However this version is plenty good and the shocks and gears can be added later on if you want to, it's not very difficult and working on your cars ends up being a big part of the hobby anyways. Highly recommend as an experienced RC enthusiast
