Don't hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn't be more in love with it. I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself. For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn't be strong enough, and I'd still be lying awake at 3 am. I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don't know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I've had that doesn't make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I'm finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren't necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I'm set The only thing I don't love about this is the scent, like it doesn't smell bad but I wouldn't buy a perfume of it. This scent could easily be someone's favorite scent, but it just isn't mine lol. I've just never been a camomile or vetivert girl, but with that being said, it isn't like I spray my pillow and I'm up gagging. It's still a calming scent and I'm already getting more and more used to it I'm probably going to end up getting this spray auto-shipped to me and buying it for my family for birthdays or Christmas or whatever. I really love this product and cannot recommend it enough

The smell is really nice, but sadly fades away quick. I wish it would linger a bit longer. For me, I didn’t fall asleep immediately, but it did help to relax so my mind wasn’t racing about the next day. This paired with a good book remedied sleep for me. Everyone reacts differently. However, I think it’s definitely worth a try.

It’s a very relaxing scent. I just put a little bit on my mustache. It reminds me of some breath man I used as a kid that were called.Sen Sen I was hesitant to buy it because so much stuff has synthetic garbage in it, which is a problem for me. It must all be good stuff because I enjoy the smell and it’s not giving me any breathing problems -the synthetic stuff is a pulmonary irritant

I have been using this product for years and it really does help me get a great night's sleep. I use one spray on each of two pillows and that is all it takes. This product should last you for years.

So I don't leave reviews often unless the product is outstanding or really bad. I checked out the other reviews to see what others said to see if the problem I had was mutual and found a similar review and so I thought I'd share my experience. The first time I tried this product, it was a small, sample size product. And it truly worked when sprayed on a pillow, had a wonderful long lasting scent from natural oils and I felt helped with sleep, because it made you want to nuzzle into your pillow. So my sister's birthday was coming up, and she occasionally has trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd get her this as a gift and get myself a larger version as well because I liked the sample size I'd gotten so much. When it arrived, I quickly opened mine and put it in the bedroom next to my bed to try sometime in the future. About a week later, I sprayed my pillow and the smell was quite unexpected. There was some of the natural oil scent, but mainly the scent was a strong vinegar-Y odor and was nothing like the small sample I had gotten before. I'm not one to send products back or to take the time to write to a seller to try to get a refund or a replacement which would probably just be more of the same. I am the type of person who will leave a review for others as a warning however. Now all I know is that if you get a small sample size version of this or possibly an official version directly from the company who makes this product in the U.K. (they have a website and you can order direct which is my next step), it can be a wonderful product when sprayed on a pillow. But I think this product has been altered or switched at some point and say buyer beware. If you get a product that doesn't smell very strongly of natural plant based oils, you are being duped.

The name literally says it all. I spray my pillow and blanket right before I lay down and I’m out once my head hits the pillow. The smell is nice and isn’t too overpowering. I plan on keeping this in my nightly routine for life!

It does smell wonderful , but it doesn’t put me to sleep . And the smell does stay on your pillows / sheets for some time but as far as putting me to sleep and stay asleep it didn’t meet my expectations.
