Thermal Release Valve for Pressure Washer Pump

Bought this to replace and repair the relief that was originally installed on my gas power washer that one was sheared off during a move between residences by the movers. I had to use an extractor kit to remove the threaded piece from the receiver but the cost of the replacement valves and extraction kit were cheaper than replacing the entire power washer. Have used it extensively since installing and it works like a charm

I bought a refurb simpson power sprayer some years ago and this part cracked. At the time, Simpson wanted over 50.00 for one. I, not knowing it's junction just cemented the cracked one until it failed completely. I'm glad I found this. Easy to install and it does have a purpose. :)

Arrived on time and are exactly what I ordered. These fit my pressure washer as expected.

My one year old pressure washer sprung a leak in this part. Since it was under warranty they replaced it but that left me with a perfectly good pressure washer that just needed a replacement part. Amazon to the rescue! I found this item. It looked like a direct replacement and turned out to be perfect. A bonus is that this product comes with 2 in the bag so if I ever have that problem again,I already have a replacement part.

Brass costruction should last quite awhile without corrosion. Added to a new pump that came without one installed. Only time will tell about durability, but I expect it to be satisfactory.
