I drink up to 4 bags of this peppermint tea a day (2 at a time because I love the extra mintiness) and I can safely say that this tea has changed my life. I used to have so many mild to moderate stomach problems and I tried changing my diet, taking probiotics, adding fiber, reducing fiber, etc. Nothing took, and I still had stomach pains, gas, and other digestive problems. Someone recommended peppermint tea to me, and from my first cup I felt a difference. I no longer have any of the problems that I used to, and can definitely tell the difference on the rare day that I don’t drink any peppermint tea (or take a peppermint oil pill – Heather’s). I feel like I have so much more freedom now. I've now recommended it to 3 other people, all of whom have incorporated TM tea into their lives, and they agree that it really eases their digestive troubles, whether it’s a daily routine or just a cup after a particularly indulgent meal. I tried a few brands before settling on Traditional Medicinals, so I feel confident saying that this is the absolute best brand. It has the freshest, mintiest flavor, and improves my symptoms the most. For maximum efficacy, I do cover it while it’s steeping and then once it’s cooled enough, I squeeze the tea bags until they’re dry. In addition to all this long-term good stuff, it’s effective for de-bloating in the short term. I was recently a bridesmaid and a fellow bridesmaid was having trouble zipping up her dress—it was so close, but just wouldn’t zipper. I got her a peppermint tea and after she drank it and peed, her dress zipped! It’s now my go-to tip for fitting into something that’s just a LITTLE bit too tight.

i got hooked on this by medical medium for few years now. had to get the bundle on amazon. best price compared to only buying one at the store for 6.99$ or more. this is the best peppermint out there. on various occasions i have had to go with other brands and they were so bland compared to this. the taste is just not there and barely works. this one here works like magic. im not gonna gatekeep, i would carry few bags of these everytime i was going out to eat, and make sure i was eating a lot especially my favorite foods and not shying away from them. in back of my head, having even just one bag of this tea with me always gave me peace because it works so quickly and soothes anytime you feel bloated, you end up over eating, or your stomach just doesn't feel good. i drink one in the morning/lunch time and one before bed usually after dinner. it soothes my belly, makes me feel good and light when im going to bed. that is the feeling i want to have after eating. and it has such good benefits for your skin and overall health as well. please give this a try and you surely won't regret it.

Strong mint tea is incredibly delicious and truly beneficial for your stomach. In my opinion, it also helps you sleep better at night.

Great tea

I recently started drinking Mint Tea, so, I'm in no way a connisieur. I read some Amazon reviews, ordered four of the most popular and well-reviewed Mint Teas, and ran a personal taste test. I notice from some of the comments that not everyone seeks the same thing as I do from a Mint Tea. I like it strong, fresh, clear tasting. Here was how I ranked them: 1st - Traditional Medicinals Organic Peppermint (pull date Mar 2018). 2nd - Twinings Pure Peppermint (pull date 25/10/2017). 3rd - Harney & Sons Caffeine Free Herbal Organic Peppermint (no pull date on box, but purchased this year). 4th - Choice Organic Peppermint (pull date 3/16/18). All were very good, except the Choice Tea had a distinctly different taste, compared to the other three. I just didn't like it as well. Twinings and Harney & Sons had a more mellow, kind of thick body to them, with Twinings being a little more vibrant and Minty. Traditional Medicinals just had a brighter, mintier taste than the rest, so I'm gonna hang with that brand, for now.

I drink a LOT of tea, all day, every day. This is my favorite peppermint flavor I have found, but the price is quite high unfortunately. But the flavor and benefits make up for it. Upset stomach? This tea helps me. I can drink it after a heavy meal to settle my stomach, or I can drink it on an empty stomach without upsetting it! I just wish the price was a little more competitive. If they lower the price to average tea pricing, then I would definitely keep buying more cases from them!
