I hosted Thanksgiving for the first time last year and really need good pans for all the cooking. These worked so well. They are very thick and sturdy (no ‘pan popping’ once in the oven). The pan held a whole flat turkey (12lbs) without any issue. It cooks well and the racks are super helpful for baking, too - great to remove sweets from the pan to cool so they don’t burn!

The these pans are beautiful! I want to use them to dry meats in the fridge before cooking. This quarter sheet pan size is perfect! The half sheet pan took up too much space. These pans also fit perfectly in my new Cuisinart air fryer / oven. I can go right from the fridge to the oven. They are beautiful stainless steel and shiny. Great item!

I got these for my new emerald convection oven. They are the perfect size and last great quality.

They warp in the oven. Just know this. Not a big deal and they do rebound to normal shape after they cool. Almost everything that is thin is going to warp at 450 degrees. Quality sheet pans and would buy again.

These are great racks when pan fried meats. They let the oil drain off your meats. I highly recommend!!!
