Very little GoToRoom support
If you are going to use it with GoToRoom, expect very limited support. They cannot answer simple questions on their own software running on the device. The Poly software and device is good, but LogMeIn's GoToRoom is a challenge. Even if you purchase the unit directly from GoToRoom, I would not expect a different experience. There are very few people at their company who know the product and you cannot talk to them.

After the Warranty: To the Dumpster!
I purchased this Poly for my business in 10/2020. The operating system was upgraded last week. This week the Studio 50 stopped working. Poly (now an HP company) has told me that the "device has become defective" and it is out of warranty. I asked if this means that I should throw it in the dumpster. Poly said "no" but offered no suggestion on how to fix it , even on a paid basis. Poly's answer should have been: "Yes, please throw it in the dumpster." What a shame. The product looked nice, performed well and filled an important need in the office for video conferencing - until it stopped working! That was a a lot of money for less than 3 years of service. I guess Poly/HP does not expect a lot of repeat customers, or even happy customers.

Avoid buying this unreliable garbage at all costs.
This is one of the worst and most unreliable devices I've ever used. The materials feel cheap and low quality. It has no power button or menu buttons, because it's intended to be plug-and-play, but it runs into errors with almost every laptop we connect it to. There's no remote, you need to go buy an analog mouse to control it and leave that plugged in, leaving you with a lot of cable management. We have audio or visual problems almost every week. It almost always needs to be restarted, which in its case means unceremoniously unplugging it and plugging it back in, since it doesn't have a power button. The whole device feels like a half-finished mistake. Avoid buying this at all costs.

Very flaky, no support, no issue fixes, go with ANYTHING ELSE.
I have been fighting with Poly X50 for over a year now, if the sound works, camera is not working, or it is not responding. Tried different computers, Windows 10 and 11. Useless for the price, find something else. Very disappointed by Poly.

Tons of glitches - unusable for conferences - must buy support
We bought the X50 for our conference room during the Covid outbreak. Trying to use with Teams was a horrible experience but we held on for their promise of native Teams integration. When this came it was still unusable with tons of problems. We asked for assistance in which we were told we'd have to buy a support plan to get our NEW system to even work. We tried to return and were told that we were past the return period (after holding on for the Teams integration). It is literally sitting on a shelf and we've changed over to a Logitech product that is running perfectly.
