A straight forward product that switches speaker pairs on and off, and controls volume of each pair. Quietly and effortlessly. Also comes in different configurations to control a few speaker pairs, or many. Has substantial heft and feels well made.

Easy to install. Love that I can control the volume on each of the 4 zones independently. Easy shutoff and on for each zone.

I have a patio that has two pairs of speakers spread apart almost thirty feet. After more than 19 years I've never been satisfied with the speaker volume control. The amp can control balance on each stereo pair but there's no fade like our cars have so I've aways heard one set as louder than the other and that changes every time I change position. I wired this unit up with one speaker per zone so I now have an individual volume control for each speaker. This unit was designed to individually control up to four pairs of stereo speakers so I'm very pleased it can handle indivuals too. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I save the fifth for longevity so great results for one afternoon isn't enough.

I have ceiling speakers and wall speakers that have different impendances in 3 separate areas. This solved both the impedance issues and the switching and distribution problems nicely. The product details were accurate, however I was concerned about one of the pictures that shows speaker outputs -use 8 ohm speakers, and I included that because I think it needs to be changed. However the, documentation clearly states that 4 ohm to 8 ohm are acceptable (100 watts/channel continuous power handling capacity, 200 watts/channel peak. 5-ohm minimum amplifier impedance with four 4-ohm speakers selected, 6-ohm minimum with 8-ohm speakers). That is different from many other inexpensive speaker selectors with volume control. I really liked how the speaker wire is attached, the removable attachments that plug back in are easy to work with and make wiring simple. The Volume control is incremental but with numerous (more than 10) increments, and sounds smooth when changing volume. The product itself is heavy, construction on the outside was non-obtrusive and feels substantial. I am very pleased with the product, and highly recommend it

Product description cited Screw in Wire connections. Product arrived with only Pins and the adapters(5 pieces) were not included. Have not been able to hook product up yet. This sucks because I bought the product in the USA and am now out of country.

been using this unit in the garage to control garage and patio speakers. no problems. using with a 35 watt/channel receiver and there no noticeable reduction in volume with this unit in the line between amp and speakers. Works flawlessly to control volumes of separate set of speakers. This unit is very heavy which makes me think there are good components inside. Takes a little learning curve to dial in the correct amp volume to get the volume you want from the speakers. I tend to run the volume controls in the 40% to 70% range rather than flat out for the loudest volume I need. great unit and operates very well for my needs

Bought two of these to connect ceiling speakers in multiple rooms of the house. Setup was easy. All you need is a screw driver to secure the speaker wires to the connectors on the unit. One unit was driven by a Sonos Amp and the other unit was driven by a WiiM Streaming Amp. Each unit was connected to three pairs of ceiling speakers. The Sonos Amp was able to deliver music to all six speakers simultaneously with clear sound and no noise. Overall very happy with the setup. The connectors also give flexibility to easily switch speakers in and out of the unit.

This item was a Amazon repack. The box was beaten but the the unit was flawless and worked as it should. It was a pain adding wires for four pairs of speakers into the L & R output on the back of my amp. This device not only cleaned up the mess at the back of my amp for the speaker connections, it has volume and on/off control for each channel. I do believe the sound output in each room has improved as well. I was concerned about the impedance matching and it was a non issue. I continue to use my my impedance matching volume controls on the wall in each room, now set to 1 pair and not 4 pairs of speakers. Don’t really need the controls in each room now but they fill the hole in the wall.
