COSRX AC Collection Acne Patch, 26 Patches with Centella Asiatica Extract, Blemishes and Zits Cover, Spot Stickers for Face and Body

I will forever come back to these. Pros: I’ve tried a lot of different acne patches, but *none* of them stay on quite as good and for as long as these do. It helps hide redness a fair bit, blends pretty seamlessly into the skin and stops me from touching the spot. Cons: It doesn’t come with a lot of patches for the price. The other is that I feel like it doesn’t do much for me to reduce swelling or bringing the spot to a head. But I’m kinda dubious if any acne patches are able to do that. Also, some patches I’ve tried do seem to absorb more sebum or fluids but I do feel like this one doesn’t absorb quite as much (like where they become opaque and inflated). Whether that’s a good or a bad thing I’m not sure. It does help it stay seamless and covers the pimple better and for longer though. Overall, I feel like the pros outweigh the cons for me

This is the good stuff! This one compared to the other two kinds by the same company is way better and more effective. I also noticed some come with Korean text only (which seems to work better) vs with packages with English (doesn’t work or stick on as well).

I haven’t written a review on Amazon in forever, but I had to write this one. My 11.5 son already has acne and has had it for a few years already. He unfortunately inherited his Dad’s super oily skin. I’ve got him on a good skincare regimen, but he’s still a kid and touches his face too much. We probably have 6-7 brands of acne patches. This one is the absolute best for pimples (but not deep under the skin zits). It reduces the size of the pimple, bringing it to a head and more importantly, the Centella extract on the patch reduces redness dramatically in just one application. Most non-microneedling patches don’t have this ingredient. It’s also very thin, stays on and is matte so that my son can wear it while he going to school remotely all day and it’s not noticeable in camera. And it’s the correct shape, the oval covers and adheres much better than the circle shape.

These were by no means my favorite, but for the price they did the job!

My daughter discovered these at a sleepover and said they worked better than any she has ever used. We were happy to discover Amazon has them, and they are a great price. We are repeat customers for these patches. They really work, and they work quicker than others!

I’m actually impressed with how well these work. When I’m stressed, my skin shows it. And of course, I can’t help but to pick at the biggest, ugliest pimples and turn them into mountains. These patches adhere really well to the skin and don’t come off until it’s time. I’d be careful putting a patch over injured skin if you plan on prematurely removing it because chances are you’d rip open a wound, they stick that much. You’ll know when the patch is ready to come off because it’s loose at the center, appears “full”, and the edges give easily with some gentle pulling. These patches are great because once I’ve got one on; I can’t pick at my skin anymore. They also really do work, and suck out whatever is in the pimple and after a day or so the patch falls off, in my case leaving a smooth but noticeable red mark that will eventually fade on its own. Initially, I was reluctant to buy it. Based on personal experience, patches do not work on me but after using one overnight, it greatly helped in reducing the bumps and redness of my pimples. Plus the seller made sure that I received the product. Lately, my orders get shipped and somewhere along the way and for some reason become unavailable on the amazon tracking. So I'm glad the seller is approachable and made sure of customer satisfaction.

They didn't do anything for me. I was expecting more in terms of performance

I had been using the circular patches in the same brand and liked them but these ones are a game changer. The size and shape is better suited for the way my skin breaks out, and the thinner edge makes them pretty discreet looking. Similar results can be achieved with hydrocolloid dressings but patches are so much more convenient and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
