It’s become a great new addition to my home gym, and I’ve been using it a few times a week without any problems. Cheap alternative for a great old school proven triceps builder. This works like a charm. It was way cheaper than the big name ones, which are great, but expensive. This think is built like a tank. It'll out survive me.

These are great for my home gym, and a good price to get 4 different gym-quality handles. The grip is great, very sturdy and the carabiner hooks are better than the ones on my Marcy Home gym. The only complaint, is these things are solid steel (not aluminum like the ones at the gym.) So they are heavy duty, and heavy to deal with as you switch them out. Not a huge deal for someone in good shape and good hand/grip strength but it may be an issue for older folks who may not have strong hands, as you try to attach them to an overhead cable, maneuver the hook, etc. *If weight of the handle isn't an issue for you, highly recommend, they seem like they'd last forever.

Much heavier than I thought but not an issue. I use them for my resistance bands. It needs a large carabiner to manage the multiple bands. Overall, very strong and well worth the &$$
