It pulls mostly on the ankles and hips and did very little for the lumbar spine. As a physician (which I am), I would not recommend this for anyone unless they want to stretch their hips, knees and ankles. On top of that, the company would not refund my money. Review: It sure works for me! - I have used the lynx back stretcher for several years. Before using it, I almost constantly had back pain. I used it for about two weeks and my back pain was gone. Now, if I bend wrong or pick up something wrong and my back goes out, I can use the back stretcher for about two days and I'm in good shape again. I use it maybe twice a year now. I highly recommend it.

It sure works for me!
I have used the lynx back stretcher for several years. Before using it, I almost constantly had back pain. I used it for about two weeks and my back pain was gone. Now, if I bend wrong or pick up something wrong and my back goes out, I can use the back stretcher for about two days and I'm in good shape again. I use it maybe twice a year now. I highly recommend it.
