It's somewhat difficult to remove the water saving plug, but when it's removed it is a great shower head. I got wet. 👍🏻

Needed to replace 12 year old 300mm diameter shower head in wet room. Tested water pressure to two bars. The Grohe 301 shower head needed a minimum of one bar. The shower head was easy to fit five minutes. Turned on the shower, it gives out a very gentle rain at a consistent temperature, this will take a little time to get used to. But, it gets the job done of being clean and refreshed. There is a Limiter on which reduces the flow and hence uses less water, so saves on gas and water usage. It is easy to clean, just wipe down with a damp cloth. It was expensive but expect it will be reliable and will last, got a five year guarantee.

This is a great shower head, but it should be for the amount of money I paid for it. That said, I did remove the water regulator. If I'm going to pay this much for a shower head, I want the best use out of it. It was okay with it, but it is much better without it. However, before you decide to remove it, please understand it is very difficult and took me about 30 minutes of pulling and prying with a lot of different tools, but finally I got it. If you decide to remove it yourself, just be careful not to damage the threads when you are trying to get it out. Now it works like a dream. I am on a well and have all the water I could ever want, so there is no need for this (really aggravating).

Durch den großen Abstand der Düsen fällt nur sehr wenig Wasser herunter. Man springt quasi von Tropfen zu Tropfen und bekommt das Shampoo nur schwer aus den Haaren. Außerdem fühlt sich das Wasser bei diesen spärlichen Tropfen viel kälter an und man dreht automatisch viel heißer auf, als eigentlich nötig wäre. Seitdem dieser Duschkopf installiert ist, dusche ich nur noch mit der Handbrause. Für mich eindeutig eine Fehlentwicklung.

It's a 1.75 gpm, water saver showerhead, so I was concerned about the volume. After having it installed, I love it. You would never know that the showerhead saves water, because somehow, it makes it feel like more water is coming out than my old, non-water saving setup. The product is a genuine Grohe and it's a quality item.

Finally a good showerhead, forget those stainless steel 304 items for 35 - 65 euros, tried 3 so far for in total a half year, all got rust on them!! It's not a hobby to replace the showerhead every 2 months!! This one from the A brand Grohe should give us rest and peace in the shower now, thank you for still making quality products!
