EP1800 12-cup Food Processor, 800w Heavy Duty Motor

My initial concerns about the knob being difficult to turn ending up being a non starter. The food processor rocks. It is powerful; quiet (as compared to others I have used and easy to clean with no central post. This is the best food processor I have ever owned.

this unit is more mess than its worth......it leaves food on top of the blade plate and makes for A huge mess.....makes soup out of everything!!!! i hate it...only used it 3 times and it is in package going back!!!!!!

These are my daughter's comments who I bought this for, she is professionally trained chef: No problem, high power, large capacity, easy to use, only possible negative is harder to use for smaller quantities.

A good addition to the kitchen. I did a little research before buying and found one report against the unit. At this time I cant understand why that report stated that is was not a good unit because the food stuck to the blades. I have not experienced that problem, in fact, this is a very powerful food processor and I love it. A must buy.

We bought this shredder to replace one we had that was supposed to have two speeds. It didn't it had one FAST. Also it was very noisy. The Euro Prep turned out to be just as noisy and also, for all intents and purposes, has just one speed. The slicing disk provided has a 2m opening which mushes anything you slice. We tried it out, packed it back up and returned it.

Initially we had a bad experience with this order and seller. The seller, Appliatech, lives up to their slogan of satisfying customers. They did satisfy this dissastified customer. They have provided a manual along with other information. And, they have followed up on what they said they would do. I have used it once and was pleased with the results.

I purchased this unit earlier this year after a great deal of research for my wife, she loved it. Unfortunately it is a plastic piece of crap that broke 6 months later and they no longer support it because it has been discontinued. Do NOT buy from them, the customer service people are not helpful at all.

i have used it a couple times now lots of power good quality appliance .the french fry cutter not a good accessory the whisk works ,chopping blade works well too ! wish the feeder tube was bigger
