Love this knee pad.
I work a labor job out on driveways and in crawlspaces, I can spend hours of each day on my knees. My knees were on fire. I bought these kneepads about a week ago and they're amazing. They're mostly comfortable and the small form factor is great for squeezing under low pipes in crawl spaces. It's still early on, but I'm loving them so far and haven't had any more knee pain. Keep in mind, the listing is for a single kneepad, if you want a pair you have to add 2 to cart.

No more hurting knees
I was looking for a pair of knee pads I could wear to work, because I’m always having to get in on my knees on a concrete floor. I didn’t want bulky, but I needed good protection. I looked at many knee pads and settled on these, because they looked discrete and the pads were made of a gel/rubber not a foam pad that would break down over time. The price was higher than I liked because I had to buy 2. However, after wearing them to work under my straight leg jeans, the floor no longer hurts me. If you’re in retail and have to crawl around on the floor, these are wonderful! They are made well. However, I do sweat under them, but I’m okay with that, because the floor can’t hurt me anymore! I followed the sizing instructions and found my size. They fit well and stay in place all day. At the end of 8.5 hours, there are red marks on my legs, but it goes away. I’m okay with that. I will continue to wear them to work. They make my life less painful! If they make a different kind of knee pad that is made of stretch fabric instead of neoprene, I would buy those too. Keep the same padding in the knee! They are great! Would buy again!

knee saver
this review if for the McDavid 410 Knee Pad (medium) im 5' 6" 135 lbs medium build with little more then average wider legs Im an automotive technician that kneels down 30-40 times throughout the day and constantly hanging over fenders etc. i wanted knee pads that were comfortable for 8 hour use and also slim enough to fit under my pants without being noticed. after some research and checking reviews and measuring appropriately i purchased a pair of these. (sold as singles) upon initial inspection these have a faint but normal "new smell" i would advise running them through the wash before use (no need for the dryer). the fit is snug on the low end , and a tad loose on the upper end. you have to be aware of the pad placement during the install so it sits on the correct position over the knee cap i decided to use only one pad on my left knee and use my left knee as my dominant knee when it comes to kneeling or supporting myself bent over the hood of the car. the second pad is just to swap between cleaning / days Cons, extra layer so it can get hot around your knee after 6 + hours constant maintenance of cleaning slightly itchy when new but has faded people might make fun of you if they find out your wearing B**** pads, lol its true Pros no aching knees after work more mindful and excited to plop down on my left knee less to worry about, no cringing when your knee contacts concrete or uneven surfaces overall satisfied with the product, it doesn't seem to move around or slip off. yet it is a relief to remove at the end of the day. the results are rewarding and worth continuing to use them. if you constantly are contacting your knee then this product is going to help aid in relief and basically allows you to increase performance. whenever i have pains i tend to get slow and upset. i can easily tell there is a reduction in achy knees after using this product and picking a specific knee to kneel down on. in the past i would just pick which ever knee was less bashed up to bash up and then id be at home on the couch going no where. or id find myself avoiding using my knee and crouching awkwardly to pick things up or set lifts under cars. for the price i would be satisfied if this product lasts 4 to 6 months. i will update later down the road if it starts to fall apart using 2 in rotation on one knee

Reliable, Comfortable, Minor flaws, Worth it
I’m a street skateboarder and have been testing protective gear specifically for my sport. I’ve tried a couple different knee pads, and this product was surprisingly my favorite so far. There’s always a little slip, but this one is minimal. (Both over and under clothing). Most importantly, the surface area of the knee padding still covers the right area of the knee, even if you let it slip for a while. The material surrounding the padding is a little bit thick, so it’s definitely extra sweaty in that area. However, all the materials used make me feel comfortable about washing it regularly. <3 The knee padding itself is PERFECT. Somewhere between gel and tempurpedic shock absorption material. It is not hard and doesn’t restrict mobility much at all. It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to get used to it before you forget you’re wearing it. I took a hard fall on both knees off a quarter pipe recently. The knee that had the pad on felt absolutely nothing. The other knee took me out for the day. That was the moment I knew I could trust these knee pads. That being said, I wish they came in a pack of two. I have yet to buy the second knee pad because I’m still testing around. But, I’m definitely tempted to end my search here. @damn.mrah on IG has some skateboarding videos of the product in use. I’m sure there will be more videos featuring it, because they are so reliable. I feel safe in these!

Overall pretty good
I use these for jiu-jitsu and overall they’re pretty good. The only downside being the gel insert could be a bit longer and set lower at the bottom of the patellar tendon to protect that area a bit more. Otherwise, they work great.

8 stars if I could
The most versatile in-between knee padding/support there is. 2 years and counting. Enough padding for knee while on floor-"brace-like" support for knee ligaments. As with all of these-a different behind the knee fabric would be 10 stars- but they are durable as any.

Quality construction, comfortable
I have been using these for over a month, and these are quality knee pads. I use them in the water for board sports. Since it is lake water, I have been running them through the washing machine a couple of times a week. Even with that, they are still in great shape. They are comfortable and offer good protection.

I am using it for BJJ. It helps, stay in place for the most of time, but once it get wet it stars to slip down. Also would be nice if the pad was a bit wider. Good product overall

Excellant knee pads in terms of support and fit. Well worth the price. They do have to be washed often as a lot of sweat stays inside.
