Can you get changed in this like no one can see in windows etc?

Yes, the 2 doors are not see through, and the windows have blinds. Plenty of room for an adult to change inside.

The pop up frame is quite hardy and equal to or better than a small beach tent that you have to erect by threading and joining individual rods. It easily keeps its shape. Trust me the weight of filling the four pockets with sand is far superior than attempting to secure it with steel tent pegs ,into loose sand. It would have to be blowing a mighty gale , for it to fly away, in which case you’d have most likely packed up by then .
