Convenient, easy-to-use, and great for a frugal lifestyle!
I honestly adore this thing. I started researching portable washer and dryers when I found out there was a coin shortage (only coin laundry is available in my apartment complex) and am really glad I did! Now I use less detergent and will be saving money in the long run. Plus, no trips to the store or bank to ask for quarters! It's convenient and easy-to-use (even with the umm... poorly translated directions). I will say that it's probably not for everyone, but if you're used to a less than ideal laundry situation and you're not into frills, this will seem like a god send. Things to note: - The drainage hose is not long enough for probably most of the folks looking into this. I put the whole unit in the bathtub since I don't have a floor drain (Tip: use a lint trap or hair catcher in your shower/bathtub drain if you have one!) - The inlet hose doesn't fit my bathtub's faucet (and it also isn't very long), so I filled the washer with a bucket. Which is not the most convenient, but eh, it works. - The spin dryer works surprisingly well - I'm a little annoyed at the placement of the power cord since the thing basically needs to be in the bathtub. Just make sure to keep it maneuvered out of the water, which is fortunately, fairly easy.

Best Pandemic Purchase!!
THE BEST! LIFE SAVER! I felt compelled to purchase this portable washer as the laundromat in my neighborhood was not enforcing any social distancing, mask, etc. protocols for COVID. I ordered this little washer in July and it took about a month to be delivered. Been loving this washer and have put it to good use for nearly two months now. It washes like a champ, my clothes get so clean! You’ll need to be careful not to overload the washer, as you need to be sure that the water can flow through the clothes. I typically set it in the tub, and fill it with my hand held shower head. I use just a little bit of detergent and set it for 15 min wash on the “gentle” cycle. The wash is vigorous, but gentle has a pause between spins. I then drain it, and do another wash cycle just water only to make sure the soap out of the clothes. After this cycle, I drain the water and then out in the spin dry for 5 min. The spin dryer does a good job with a lot of clothes, just be sure to even put the load. If you over load it, you’ll hear a horrible crunching sound. Just open the lid and the spin dryer will immediately stop. Reorganize/remove some of your clothes and restart it. The spin dryer wrings out most of the water, so clothes dry in a short amount of time. I like to hang my clothes on hangers and then put them on my indoor clothesline. I set up a fan, and my clothes are typically dry within an hour or two - depending on the fabric. I’m really glad I bought this washer and am so glad I don’t have to go to the laundromat anymore!

NOT fully automatic, Don’t waste your money
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FULLY AUTOMATIC?? Not at all. I have been standing here for over and hour having to turn the water on and off for it because when it isn’t using water it backs up into the house and sprays out of the faucet. It is not loose. I installed correctly. When accepting water there is no drip or leak but between those cycles it waterlogged our kitchen. No casters or wheels for moving it around at all. So you risk breaking your machine just moving it because it’s so clunky. The system to hook it up to your sink faucet isn’t water tight, I promise you… and involves screws making it look like a Frankenstein sink. Very unsightly and not up to standard (the best ones I ever had snapped on by spring. Avoid this kind of screw on stuff) You have to screw and unscrew it if you need your sink. That’s four screws by the way. Draining? No power behind it. Even with the hose on the floor in a bowl or bucket wasn’t getting all the water to drain out. It isn’t at all worth the money and we have already asked Amazon to look into false advertising as the fact I must stand here and manually turn water on and off for the cycles means this is NOT “fully automatic” in any sense. I have owned a real automatic, and the water did not back up out of the machine between cycles like this one does. We are going to spend the extra money on a full size after this is returned.

Does the job!
Pros: Gets the clothes clean. It's a little more hands-on than I'm used to but a lot cheaper than going to the laundromat constantly. Cons: I wish there was some bell or buzzer at the end of the cycle, because it's not always easy to tell when it stops (but it's nice that it's so quiet!). I also wish it came with a pedestal or something to elevate it off the ground, since gravity drain is part of the design. The spin dryer vibrates quite a bit even when it's not off kilter, so I always have to stay and watch it to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. Finally, I wish it dealt better with lint. UPDATE 5/21/21: What Wanai is selling on this listing now is not at all the same thing as what I bought. So keep that in mind when reading my review. The one I bought is still working nicely. The only real problem I've had is with lint, which it seems is impossible to get rid of in these machines.

Stopped working in 10 months
Due to covid, my ability to walk has been limited to me using a walker to get around. Because of this, I purchased this machine for my apartment so I wouldn't have to leave to go up and down stairs to use the laundry facilities at my apartment complex. The washing machine worked fine for 10 months, then one day as I was washing a small load, it made what appeared to be a warning sound and then flashed "E1" on the screen. It had never done that before so I turned it off and unplugged it for 20 minutes, then started the machine up again. It would perform a wash cycle but would no longer drain, rinse or spin. I contacted the seller to trobleshoot the problem and they said they could not issue a refund, which I hadn't asked for. I wanted to see if they could tell me what E1 error meant so I could get the machine repaired. They also told me that although they couldn't issue me a refund, that Amazon could, so I attempted to get a refund issued through Amazon so that I could just reorder another washing machine, and was told I was outside of the return window. Now I guess it's a waiting game between Amazon and the seller to see who's going to assist me with either a repair option or a replacement.

Sweet little washer
I have been using this for about 2 months. I love it. I don’t have to worry about going to the laundromat every week. It’s not that heavy. I put in my tub and fill with the shower head that is on an extension. You have to watch and not put too many clothes in...the spinner is awesome. Spins the clothes pretty dry...but still a little damp. There’s a little bit of a learning curve...but very easy to use! Glad I found it. Shipping took about a week to 10 days. Google how to use. You won’t regret it!

Haven't Tried Yet.
Washing machine came damaged with the box it came in. I still have to see if it works but I'm waiting for a faucet adapter to come because the one that came with the washer does not fit my sink, and a new water pipe because both of the water pipes that came have a hole.
