Overall is good
Could tell a difference. But am unable to take it on a regular bases. It upsets my stomach if I don’t take a break from it.

One problem but I have only had one dose....
I have taken only two capsules and I didn't read until it was too late that I needed to take it with water. I am taking this extract for constipation but so far only a lot of gas and belching. It doesn't help that I had barley soup for dinner. also! I will try the artichoke extract again but with water and with a meal. :(

Taste isn’t bad
Easy to swallow. I didn’t notice anything wild change with my body or health. I have MS and a thyroid disease so I’m not sure if I would see much difference in energy. I didn’t feel worse , so I figure if it is beneficial to my health, why not keep taking it. It didn’t taste bad.
