This thing is perfect for my job. It does have some durability issues, but I do work in a freezer and I drop it a lot. This is excellent for the person who uses a laptop and has to do inventory work or slot maintenance in a warehouse. Scanning items and locations without having to carry an extra piece of equipment is convenient. By far one of my best purchases!

Bought this for work. And while at first I thought it was a bit pricey, turns out to have been worth it. I had a different brand before and had to resync the device with uevery use, this one stays paired up even though I unplug it and take it home every day, I have a shared laptop at work so I can’t leave it. Even after not being on shift for my 3 days off I still just pop in the usb and flip the switch and it pairs up automatically. Makes scanning badges super easy and now I don’t have to carry around a large, bulky, corded scanner and my mouse. Love that it is both. Makes my life easier. The mouse is a good size and fits well in my hand, it’s light weight when using it as a scanner. All in all great purchase. Do wish it had a built in place to put the usb piece. For now I just keep the box for storage when not in use. No built in storage for the usb is the reason for the 4 stars otherwise it’s a 5

It was nice while it lasted. Had the item for 3 months and all of a sudden it stops scanning. I kept it charged. Too bad it wasn't so durable. Loved the scanner/mouse functions.

Makes my life more simple with just one accessory! Easier to carry a mouse instead of a mouse plus a scanner. This has the scanner integrated and works very well plus the mouse is rechargeable!

I work in a warehouse and this mouse is absolutely amazing when it actually works. I had the same issue with the first one I had and now I have it with the replacement. The left click is very stiff and the scanner button is stuck. This renders the scanner unusable and the mouse will not operate properly while the button is pressed. I love the mouse when it works and hoped this would be a forever product for me. I am not sure how to replace my replacement either.

EDIT: The seller offered me a full refund. However in order to get said refund I have to find a box, find a printer to print the return label and then take it to a UPS drop location. And I have 1 week to do this. Extremely inconvenient. So I have lowered my star rating to 1 star, would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible quality, do not recommend. I've gotten 2 of these in the last 6 months. The first one stopped working after 5 months, figured it was because I dropped it too many times. When the second one decided it didn't want to turn on anymore after 1 month I decided to not get a third. I did like the dual function of mouse and scanner as I work in a warehouse.

The first one I bought lasted a year so I was pretty stoked thinking this would to. No it lasted 4 months and will not connect to computer. This company has great customer service. They read this review and asked how they could make it right. They gave me a refund on it! So unexpected and made me a customer for life.
