Fog Light Wiring Harness Kit Replacement for Chevy Silverado 1500 2500 2003-2006 (2007 Classic)

VIN T perfect length and value for your money, I just installed it to my FOG lights upgrade to the fuse box, clean looking OEM install no splicing or cutting wires, etc. Update the PIN on the end of the positive wire (red) is too small for my OEM fuse block. This is what is needed to complete the installation "Metri-Pack 280 Series Female Terminal Gauge Size, 10-12 GA"

I saw quite a few reviews that said that it wasn’t long enough to reach passenger side but it worked perfectly on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500. The only problem i had was the fuse box connector was too small but i opened it up some with a little flat head and it worked perfectly without modifying.

My harness fit perfectly. The pin on the red wire fit fine and didn’t need to be “opened up” to fit. Ease of install if you have wiring knowledge was a snap. Start at your fuse box with the red wire and then to the fog lights. You can pull the ground wire out of the loom and shorten it then attach it where your headlights ground to the frame horn. This is a quality product that I would order again if needed. Great value for the money and the appearance and performance is as close to OEM as anyone could ask for.

Can’t beat the price of it I spliced the wires together to have one wire going to the fuse box and one wire going to the headlight ground for a cleaner look was a very straight forward install works like oem when you put a fog light switch in

Adds to the clean factory look I was going for. Added fog lights to my 2005 Chevy Silverado and this harness worked out perfectly. No splicing required and was able to include in my factory fuse box under the hood. More than enough length to run and tuck properly.

These work and fit just like oem. They allow you to wire to the main fuse block with no problem! Great product.

For starters: it’s a great harness that’s essentially plug and play right out of the package if you’re adding fog lights to your truck. However, the ground wires coming from the fuse box could be an extra inch or two longer so it’s not as taught against the plastic (for my ground at least, I ran the ground to the bolt that holds the arm over the battery on an ‘05 Silverado) and my latest issue was that the ground wire pulled out of the passenger side bulb connector already leaving me with one working fog light. It looks like a fairly straightforward fix, but it’s still annoying that it happened so soon after install. If I had to guess, it most likely happened while going through a car wash with the undercarriage washer running as I left enough slack throughout so it wouldn’t pull on anything. 3 stars for ease of install, deducting 2 for having issues so early on.

It is a really good replacement harness and it plugged in to the original spot in the fuse box like factory. Hard to beat this for the price. Watch a YouTube video before you start the project. Factory style fog lamp Harness
