Came quick, works perfectly and so simple to install.

Tried four times to program per directions using original car door code and was unsuccessful. Went to return at Kohl's and retailer is not a participating retailer so I had to pay $5.05 return postage with USPS. Will not buy from this retailer again.

the one with bad review , must be mentally challenge . low cost and the web site shows you how to program. very easy it tuck longer to right this response then to program the remote

The description said it was self programming. It's not. You have to pay a locksmith to program it. If I'd known that, I would've just bought a remote from a locksmith. Also, it's supposed to fit my 1994 Town Car, but the website where you put in make and model for instructions, only goes back as far as 1995. That's probably why it won't work with my car, but the headline clearly says 92-00. Anyway I'm not going to return it. I stil have a working remote with a busted case so I'll just use the case from this one. Be much less trouble.
