Great Little Laser Toy – Cats Love It!
My cats absolutely love this toy! It’s small, easy to place anywhere, and charges quickly. The motion-activated feature works really well and keeps them entertained. The battery life isn’t great - like most laser toys, it needs recharging fairly often - but it’s totally worth it for how much fun the cats have. There is no noise at all, unlike the other older one we have so that's another plus. Great value for money and highly recommended to all.

Good quality and very effective.
Gave as a gift to a friend with cats. She tells me that her cats love it, and it keeps them amused for ages.

Better for kittens as not all cats like
Only one of my cats likes this but that's more about the cats characters rather than the toy itself. Probably would be better for kittens.

Very entertaining for your pet
It's great! My old man got a new lease of life, chasing the red dot! It leaves me free to watch tv, he's not bored staying in all the time now..I can get him moving, which is better for him He was so bored as the cold weather prevented him from going outside (he's 20). Now he's so obsessed it's great! Fabulous toy!

It could be better
I bought this product as my cat loves the manual laser I have, but I don’t always want/have time to play. It’s easy to use, good quality and relatively quiet but the battery doesn’t last long enough. Each mode is the same speed so my cats get bored very quickly. I don’t think it’s worth £20.

My cat is in love with it
This is great my cat absolutely loves it, so much so she cries whenever it’s on charge. So I bought her a second one for when the other one is charging. Great value for money, is durable and lasts about 2 days on one charge

My cat's new obsession
Easy to adjust and different speed settings are great, variable keeps my cat on her toes best. I only wish it stayed on for longer than 15 mins, as she would happily chase that dot all day long... Finally gives me a break from laser penning all night - I think this is such good value and wish I'd tried it sooner Looks pretty cool too

this laser pointer has completely changed our lives
im not even being overdramatic in the title. this automatic laser pointer has been the best interactive cat toy we have ever bought. we had to urgently move back to my home country and are temporarily living with my parents while we save for our own place. we have a small room and allergies in the house (we found out after we moved in), so our youngest cat is bored out of his mind as he’s not allowed downstairs. we have felt so guilty and we’ve absolutely spoilt our cats with gifts to try to help lighten the mood, though our other cat is senior so he’s honestly somewhat enjoying the lack of stairs. however, this automatic laser pointer is an absolute game changer. our youngest cat has always woken us up at night wanting to play, and now he never does (unless the laser goes onto the bed, so just a fair warning to make sure its not lol). he is CONSTANTLY entertained. he started to play to rough with our senior cat (which is what pushed us to look for interactive toys and then we bought this), and as soon as we bought this toy, we started to turn it on whenever he played too rough and he got distracted and would play with the laser instead of our other cat. we got worried that he would associate play fighting with our senior cat with the laser pointer turning on, but slowly overtime, he stopped playing rough. i believe it was just a lack of exercise or something and i am over the moon it worked our senior weighed 22lbs at the date of his adoption, so his joints are terrible, he’s still a little chunky because of the extra skin, and his eyesight isn’t the best because of his overeating history. he doesnt really play with toys because of this. he loves to play with a laser pointer but only if its in arms or nose reach. he wont run for it. but this mfkn automatic laser pointer got this man RUNNING. he doesnt play with it during the day but he will when all of the lights are off as hes sees the laser the best then. its honestly very bright considering its got this guy going distances for it!! on top of this, my youngest cat loves to knock things off tables. this laser pointer has fallen off my bedside table so many times and he has not broken! its hit both carpet and slightly harder flooring (the base of the scratching post which is wood with a fabric cover). it feels flimsy so I’m very surprised that’s it’s survived but it really has! thankfully, my youngest has now realised that if he knocks it over, he won’t get any laser pointer fun that night…so he’ll knock everything else off but that now lol anyway, this automatic laser pointer has been the best product we have ever bought. we highly recommend it and hope you have a similar experience :)

Great addition for a your cat rat enjoys chasing a Lazer pointer. Good quality & price for good of fun. It comes on by itself on a schedule so it even runs while you're sleeping & your furry friend is not. My cat can't get enough done days that he now will meow by it signal he's ready for more fun then you simple push the button and of it goes. Plus it turns off by itself too. He'll hear it stay up and go running to play. Best part is that I don't have to do anything & it to provides him hours of fun! Just plug & go!

The only thing I don't like about this toy is that it stops working after 15 minutes. But it's really good quality and works well. My cat has knocked it off the shelf so many times and it still keeps on working. My cats love to play with the lazer.

I bought this for my cat who loves playing with lasers. She runs over to you if you jingle the keychain on the laser pointer, and she has learned the sound associated with this toy being turned on (it makes a low vibration when on, and a quiet high-pitched whine while charging). The laser itself is pretty good, but recently it has started to fade away when at a certain angle. I think that has to do with how often the cat knocks it off the shelf though, and it still is bright enough for her to play with it. The path of the laser is the same but it does sort of "bounce" along the path, which helps to get the cat's predatory instincts going. The two modes are also neat, the main difference being speed; on the regular mode, my cat will mostly just lay nearby and watch the laser, then she'll pounce on it after a while; in active mode, the laser moves much faster and the cat will actively chase it. The automation of the device is quite useful but also unreliable (I think this is once again due to the device being knocked over many times). It will turn on if something within its detection area moves two hours after it turns off; this includes humans, other pets, and doors. It'll turn off 15 minutes after being activated, but you can always turn it back on manually. Important to note, though, is there is zero indication of a dead battery if you leave the toy in the auto mode; it will only flash red if you try to turn it on manually. If you are considering this toy to the one that turns on and off based on the presence of a cat instead of a timer system, I would suggest to get the other one, since it is most likely better constructed and you could easily know if it were dead. But if you just want a cheap automatic cat laser, then definitely get this. It's worth the cheap price and it has so far lasted a few weeks.

My cats loved this when we first got it. Even when they were being lazy, they would be entertained just watching it. After about three weeks, it stopped working properly. The light used to be on constantly, streaming for them to chase. Now it goes on and off every few seconds so they can't follow it and lose interest. Great when it actually worked.

I'Ve had these types of laser toys for my cat since she was a baby and she's 4 years now and she loves them. Actually she adores them. When they run out of batteries or die down, she meows really loud so I come to the rescue and change the batteries. But when the toy needs charging just like this one does, she just follows it to the charging station and will wait for almost the whole charging period and meows wondering if her friend is OK... The old one died down. I mean the turning laser thing just jammed and wouldn't turn no more, probably filled with dust or something like that. It had been working for almost 3 years To tell the truth, this one makes a weird noise when the laser thing turns around. I'm pretty certain it's nothing but I'm keeping an eye on it. The shape is very cute and after just a few hours of playing with it, my cat already recognizes it and follow it around when I bring it to the charging station. I love that this one turns on automatically every time something or someone passes in front of it and will stop automatically after 15 min. But that will empty the charge really fast. Doesn't stay charged for more than 2-2.5 hours. Though I must admit my cat is always in front of it. And take at least 2- 3 ours to charge. Other than that it looks like a real fun toy for cats. But one question remains, what can keep a cat excited to play the same game over and over and over again. I mean it's the same darn laser going around. Ah! these cats will always remain a mystery to me.
