I believe these have helped my migraine symptoms and increased my energy levels. I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia (no cause found) in March 2021 (had AZ jab Jan) and three months of iron helped with that but I was still feeling dreadful and had no energy to complete my usual 12 hour shifts. In June I started having horrendous completely incapacitating headaches for the first time - I was either full blown migraine every few days lasting up to 3 days or inbetween migraines with a really bad headache. I felt like I was constantly hungover (I don’t drink). I was given sumatriptan by the GP which didn’t help. Realising I am probably short of other vitamins and minerals you can’t get tested for on the NHS I gave these a shot and touch wood my headaches are a lot less severe and can be headed off by painkillers. I don’t automatically get a migraine by going to work. I’m able to finish a shift without going straight to bed and am starting to feel like I’ve have more energy than I had in the last 6 months. Worth a try. I’ve only been taking 2 tablets a day rather than the recommended 4 as I’m still on iron tablets and these tablets have to be taken 2 hours apart from them. I’m still on the iron protocol so there don’t seem to be enough hours in the day to fit my pill popping in. Worth a try if you are suffering migraines. Update end Feb 2021 Still buying them and I believe they are helping. I haven’t had an incapacitating migraine in weeks (this year) and paracetamol etc is now touching any start of headache whereas before I was in agony like I’d been kicked in the head by a horse. Just placing another order. Edit March 2023 Still taking them. I’m on propranolol and sumatriptan but if I go for more than a week without taking Dolovent then I get a 3 day migraine. It seems to stop me being triggered by food, bad sleep, weather, sleeping flat with less than 3 pillows …

I was taking for about ten months and neurologist suggested it I don't feel they are working it's a lot of money. I stopped taking and within a week I felt worse! Just about to order another month's supply. (They do make your pee bright yellow but that's normal).

I've only been using these a few weeks so hard to say if they're helping. They are expensive but hsve all the supplements in one which is more convenient.

Good supplement, it was recommended to me by a neurologist. I found it somewhat helpful, but I believe it is very overpriced. Also in my bag there I found several empty capsules like the ones in the photo.

These were recommended to me by a specialist migraine GP, but I only took them for three weeks as the price put me off buying more. Then my migraines escalated and my prophylactic only reduced them to four a week, so I gave these another try and accepted I’d need to do it for three months minimum to see any benefit. Actually my migraines reduced to one a fortnight within six weeks of starting on these. Months on and it’s still the same, and I now have weeks together with no migraines. I can’t recommend these highly enough.

Did nothing to help my chronic daily migraines accept for upset my stomach.
