I wanted these pills to help lift fog. I can't exactly say it does that (I'm still foggy but it also has a TON to do with the fact that I haven't been sleeping well for a while). And although I am still a bit foggy - I'm a little more "alert". Brain firing a little faster. But in a week - the most I have noticed is... motivation. I don't suffer from lack of desire, intelligence or inability to set goals - I suffer from lack of motivation. So a couple of days ago - when I locked my car door and headed into work I said, "I really got get stuff done today..." Without a clear objective. I walked in, sat down, got coffee. Then looked around my area. All of the sudden, I noticed my desk was a RIP ROARING MESS!! Had this layer of dust on it. Papers hung from the cubicle walls that were almost yellow with age. Then I cracked open the drawers. Why did I need a certified letter receipt from 2013?? Truth was, I didn't. There was so much stuff on my desk that it virtually took me about 2 days to clean. I was cleaning like I was about to get laid off (which I REALLY hope not, ha!) Even cleaned up my Favorites from my browser. I didn't waver, I didn't take a "break" and hang out on Facebook - I diligently cleaned off my desk - the same desk I have sat at for 2+ years and hadn't noticed how messy it was. Do these pills make you sharp? I can imagine that the results would be better if I ate right and slept well. Do they provide motivation? I would say yes. That alone makes them worth it.

This Sharp Mind Herbal supplement is the best. Wont buy anything else. Especially for women that are nearing, or going through menopause. It helps with brain fog and I don't know about other ladies but my brain fog sometimes is awful. Try this for overall energy and feel better medicine.

All my vitamins are Solaray. Their products are easy to swallow. They have never messed up my stomach. They don’t have bad aftertaste. And I seem to be thinking more clearly. I’m in perimenopause and have brain fog very bad and they seem to be helping some. I have only been on them for two months so I’m hoping more improvement to come.

I do a good deal of reading on health issues and this product has a lot of great things in it to help short term memory, but it's a bit low on the Huperzine. If Huperzine interests you, read what Dr. Weil and Dr. Oz have said what is the typical right amount to really help retain memory(aprox 300mg daily, dependent upon what an individual's body can handle). This product is low in Huperzine, but it does work fairly well to help my short term memory, as long as I take it every day. I also take Neuro PS and folic acid. Memory is so very important and I feel it's really important to do all you can to keep it in tact. BTW this product and Huperzine are only 2 aspects of keeping a person's memory in tact. There are a number of other things you have to do as well if you want to make an effort at keeping your memory, like diet, taking anti inflammatory things like MSM and Curcumin (as well as other vitamins, minerals & herbs), exercise(physical and mental), walking, and staying away from too much alcohol, fats, sugar, caffeine,& smoking, and of course taking care of your individual medical/health needs. There's a lot to keeping your memory, but I think most of us can accomplish a great deal in regard to keeping our memories, it just takes work and a lot of reading. You can find a great deal of info and new research on the Internet that will go a long ways to helping those of us who are willing to work at keeping our memories in tact.

Excellent product...and great price too. This product seems to quiet a lot of the noise around me (in my brain), and enables me to just focus more. It clears away a lot of the fog that I tend to be up against in my fast paced, high stress working environment.

I take Adderall and was looking for an over the counter alternative because I lost my health insurance. I bought this product a few months ago but didn't use it until a few days ago because I noticed that the key ingredients are really bad for your liver. This product did what it promised for surprisingly cheap. Don't get me wrong, It's no Adderall, not even close. But I was noticeably more attentive. However, I have liver disease. Whenever I have about three drinks my nose starts to run and my throat gets itchy. This product made me feel like I had a cold all day (worse than I do from 10 drinks). It probably wouldn't do that to most people but I'm particularly susceptible. This typy of product or any Adrafinil mimicking product is will destroy your liver if taken for a sustained period of time. Use with caution. I'm throwing the rest out.
