This is a very nice kit with great pieces to help you remove the door panel trim on your vehicle and it also contains a bunch of fasteners in case you lose or break any. I love this. I had to remove the door panel on my 23 Civic four times (never mind why I had to do that, I'm a guy who does dumb stuff sometimes and I always take the time to fix all the dumb stuff I do...) and this kit made it super easy and made me feel like a pro. It didn't scratch anything and worked awesome. I haven't used any of the fasteners, but the seem to be of good quality and seem to be ones that my particular car uses pretty heavily which is nice. Honestly, I'm not sure what a couple of the tools in this kit are for, but they are all well made. I used just the wedge one and the two small pry bars and they worked perfect. I highly recommend this kit at the price I paid ($19). I'm not including photos since the listing photos are very accurate and I don't think mine would add anything to the review. I will also say that I'm not a huge fan of the style of fastener remover that's in this kit, so I got a pair of the pliers style fastener remover separately but there are instances where that style tool won't work, so I am glad I have this one too... Fantastic set, been using for 4 years now and it has a lot of options. The clip puller is sturdy and trim tools are well made. The de-pinning tools are a nice bonus.

Feeling inspired after watching some DIY auto repair videos on YouTube, I knew I needed to find the right tools to do the job correctly. I selected this kit because it had a nice variety of tools and received several positive reviews on Amazon that noted the tools weren't flimsy. Using this kit, I was able to successfully perform a side-view mirror replacement on a Chrysler 300. It involved opening up the driver's side door. Pretty straightforward stuff that didn't require much tool use. This kit bailed me out big time when I snapped off and broke some of the fasteners. Thankfully, I was able to use the replacement fasteners included in this kit to save the day. Definitely a big bonus. The other job I did required lots of tool use. I disassembled the front arm rest, center console, and cd/radio on a Volvo and replaced some of the parts. This kit allowed me to successfully make the repair and saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to take it to the dealer. Every single tool I needed was in the kit. They all felt pretty substantial and not cheap or flimsy. I recommend this kit to any DIYer. It's worth the money. These tools are really handy to have around. You gotta have the right tools to do the job right.

Other reviews comment on the plastic pieces but they are sturdy and don't scratch up paint and other interior plastic. I am still learning which to use for the appropriate application, but they have been helpful in pulling out trim without damaging rivets or surrounding pieces. The extra plastic rivets are a bonus.

Fantastic set to have in the arsenal. Much better quality than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend.

GREAT PRICE SHIPPED ON TIME WORKED GREAT

I wanted to replace the factory speakers/subwoofer in my 2018 Honda CR-V but did not want to pay Best Buy $800 to do it. I watched some youtube videos on the process and felt confident I could do the install myself. One guy recommended the Autoxel trim removal set as his go-to for any interior work someone might want to do so I pulled the trigger on this set. The install was not as easy as the videos made it out to be but having these trim removal tools made the job doable and everything came out awesome. The fasteners, which I wasn't sure I would have a use for, were needed on two clips I broke taking the door panels off...BONUS! Since then, I have used these to replace the fog lights, the backup lights and put a new backup camera on. The Autoxel tools were invaluable! They can be a bit bendy but non broke and I reefed pretty hard on a few of them. I have also used more of the clips and fasteners to replace ones that were worn out. I highly recommend this set. The fasteners and clips are icing on the cake!

This is THE kit, if you want to have a tool for 90% of the panel fasteners put there. I don't often pull interior panels, but when I do I have learned: don't figure out how things attach by breaking them, THEN seeing how the clips work. Do a little research. YouTube and Forums for your specific car are your friend. Next, for a small investment grab THIS kit. I ran through a dozen similar sets, and my observation is this one is about as good as it gets, selection wise. High points: the chained set of electric connection pin picks is great. While I probably won't need car audio security removal keys, when you DO need them, they are good to have at them on hand. The 3 metal panel fastener tools are well made, strong, and decently finished with no burrs slim edges and decent handles. Even the 4 piece pick set is good, with dual-material handles, and machine textured shafts to aid twisting action. The nylon soft case is nice, with space for all tools, and elastic straps. 2 extra nice touches: 1. A set of spare panel fasteners in assorted types in a plastic box, in case you break, lose or find missing ones, and 2. A set of adhesive backed cable clips. All in all this set is almost a necessity for anyone who works on cars more than occasionally. There's a lot to like, and enough variety to handle most scenarios.

I recently purchased this item to install a dash cam in a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic and remove the door trim in a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse to replace the side mirror. This set did not disappoint and had all of the tools that I needed (and then some). The case is well made, and all tools fit neatly inside and are easy to access. It has a zipper enclosure that should stand the test of time. The tools are made of blue plastic and seem to be durable. Some tools are thicker and less flexible than others. It is not always clear which tool you should use, but I figured it out through trial and error. There is also a 1-page instruction sheet with common uses for each tool. I used the tools to remove panels and common vehicle panel fasteners.
