Will i have to use a bleach Powder in order for it to work?

I use either UV lamps or immersion in a water bath at 55C is sufficient, if you're using immersion then you need tight control of the water temperature and of course everything should be sealed in a zip-lock bag.

No it’s supposed to be used with a powder bleach. I’ve never used it on its own if it does anything at all it ll go slightly orange

Is this the right one for dark hair to go pink?
