You can make 24 lattes. Each latte requires two capsules, one for the dairy component and one for the coffee. Each box makes 8 finished drinks. 8x3=24.

I have had many lattes and this one is very strong . I'm wondering if something is wrong here ? Should it taste like pure espresso?

It depends somewhat on how you mix it. For my taste, I mix 2 to 5 (2 dark coffee/5 milk) as I don't like expresso but do like a rich flavor. I also add a bit of caramel syrup. I've tried other caramel latte macchiato pods and this one seemed to have the best flavor overall for me.
