Detangling & Styling Paddle Brush – Wet or Dry Hair Detangler & Styler for Curly, Coily, Straight, Thick & Long Hair – Ideal for Women & Men

Lovely brush that's been worth the price and is best detangling brush I've used. For reference, I have the ultimate detangler tangle teezer for straight-curly hair, the handle free tangle teezer for curly to coily hair, had the large ultimate detangler tangle teezer for curly-coily hair, tried the Felicia Leatherwood brush, have the Unbrush, and have the Wet detangling brush. Usually, the Unbrush is my go to; it works fairly well, but it struggled to remove loose hair, so, my roots were always tangled and I could never rake my fingers through my hair without finding knots and tangles, even when using a product with a lot of slip. I'd also use a notable, but not insane amount of hair while detangling. Fast forward to using this brush, I was shocked how easily it glided through my hair, how it detangled my roots with ease, how I could rake my fingers through my hair like butter, and how little hair I found in the brush. I will say that sometimes holding the handle is uncomfortable, but you can hold the body of the brush instead to ease wrist pain and for a better grip. The brush does come with an air hole, which isn't a missing bristle, but an intentional design. I don't like to spend a lot of money on hair tools (even though I've bought lots of brushes lol), but in my search for a good brush, nothing seemed to meet my needs exactly. Each brush did something the other couldn't, but now, I have one brush that'll be my go to. The price is a little expensive for just a brush, but it's the investment in this helpful tool that'll be worth it most!

It’s a great price for the quality, and it easily gets tangles out of long hair, especially curly or coily hair. The size is perfect, and the handle is comfortable and durable. A real lifesaver for long hair!

I like this brush for my fine, thin, curly/wavy hair. It is gentle and glides through without snapping strands or pulling out hair. The bristles are not sharp, but are sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to grip. I ordered several other styles of brushes from this brand and I like all of them, but this smaller style best fits my hand and head (I am petite 5'2"). I no longer have scary amounts of hair falling to the floor or collecting in a brush every morning. Very pleased with all the brushes. I reach for this brush more often than the full-size paddle styles, but they are all good.

I purchased this brush back in October 2020. This brush is AMAZING for type 4 hair. Especially when you use it with soaking wet and conditioned hair. It has really changed my wash day detangling method. I absolutely love it. However, the bristles started to come out one by one after about a month during use. I've learned that once they're out they will not stay in if you try to put it back in. Despite missing some bristles I felt like I could still use it. But with each use I would lose more and more bristles; even when I started using smaller sections in order to preserve the brush. Eventually, I saw that I would need a new one. But this time I decided to buy it direct from the Denman Company. I've been using the new brush for about 3 months and I have not lost one bristle yet. I also have been able to use bigger sections with no problem. There is definitely a difference in the quality! Save your money and BUY DIRECT!

This has to be the best detangling brush I’ve ever used on my hair. If you follow the hair chart, mine is 4c and this works really well. I quite prefer it to the tangle teezer and I loved the tangle teezer at one point .

This was NOT what I expected. Looking for Denman brush I had before 😏 will look at other Denman brushes

This brush is absolutely one of the best I have perches! I tried it both when I hade my hair curly and today strait. It made the dry time with my hairdryer go so eazy due to the size of it.
