I owned this on VHS and it was such an amazing stress reducer tapping into my creative energy and all around great companion to mindfulness and other workouts. I am grateful to have it back in my life now on DVD. Order this DVD ITS LIKE NOTHING YOUVE EVER EXPERIENCED in the world of movement!

First DVD is in below average shape

I have never ordered a used DVD before so perhaps expecting it to have good audio and video was goo much to ask.

Inspirating Gabrielle Roth

After many years hearing about Gabrielle Roth and having attended a workshop with Jonathan her son in Montreal 3 years ago. I was pleased to receive this dvdset for my birthday in December. The message is moving in all senses and the quality of the DVD a pleasure to watch.I recommend it to anyone interested in a movement practice for personal growth.

Great collection of dvd's

Great collection of dvd's. Excellent explanations of the different dance types and instructions. I use these to release anger and to slow down my thoughts/anxieties etc.
